Before bedtime is the perfect time to plant seeds of manifestation into your subconscious mind. That’s because when you’re drowsy, it's harder for your thinking mind to block or resist new ideas. In this meditation, you’ll drift off to sleep while visualizing your heart’s deepest desire: abundance, love, health, peace of mind, or any goal. If you do this practice regularly, you’ll begin to notice more golden opportunities to act on in your waking life, which will help you turn your intentions into a lived reality. Get ready to manifest!

Welcome to this bedtime meditation for manifesting while you sleep.

Right before you drift off to sleep,

There is an opening,

Like a sliver of light,

When your subconscious mind is especially receptive to suggestions.

So let's create that sliver of light together and plant some seeds in your subconscious mind for all the good things that you want to bring into your life.

Begin by preparing yourself for sleep,

Getting nice and comfortable in your bed,

And gently closing your eyes.

Feel your body relaxing into your cushion or your mattress.

Begin to melt even more into your mattress as your body starts to feel heavier and heavier.

Notice your breathing.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

A soft sliver of light is now opening up.

Very gently,

Almost casually,

Bring to mind what you would like to attract into your life.

Feel that intention in your body and hold that image within the soft glow of that sliver of light.

Feel your genuine happiness that these good things are coming into your life.

Now release those images as if they were seeds being blown away by the breeze.

And go back to your breathing.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Your body melting into the mattress even more,

Feeling heavy and relaxed.

Welcoming sleep now,

Whenever your body is ready.
