Settle into a comfortable meditation posture,
Maybe closing your eyes if that feels good to you.
And sink into this moment with a couple of deep,
Cleansing breaths.
As if you could breathe all the way down into the base of your spine.
With every inhale,
Feel all of the nourishing air that you are taking into your body.
And with every exhale,
Letting go a little more.
Now relax into a normal breathing pattern.
Enjoying the sensation of the breath coming in and flowing back out.
Feeling grounded in your body.
And feeling plugged into the earth through the base of your spine and through the soles of your feet.
Now from this more centered vantage point,
Bring your gentle focus to your heart area in the center of your chest.
Breathing into this space that is your center of unconditional love,
Self-love,
And love and connection with all of those around you.
And into your heart space,
Get in touch now with your deepest longing for love,
Support,
And connection.
Feel this longing,
This very human need.
And know that the need itself is beautiful and pure.
Once you have gotten in touch with this need,
Allow yourself to take in how you are already so held and so cherished in your life exactly as it is.
Bring into your awareness the support that you receive every day from loved ones in your life.
The people who hold you dear,
And you hold them dear as well.
Bring to mind all the ways that they reflect back to you,
Your goodness,
Your warmth,
Your care.
All the big and small ways that they show up for you in your life.
That reminds you just how precious you are,
How very lovable you are.
And feel from your heart center that this is a two-way street.
You give your loved ones support and connection from your heart,
And you easily receive it back from them.
Feel how connected you already are to your circle of loved ones,
And how that longing you have for love and support is already fulfilled in your life.
Now broaden your perspective and feel that love,
Support,
And connection pouring in from other sources,
From life itself,
From the universe,
From the earth,
And from higher forces and powers that you believe in.
Feel that there is an unlimited supply of this love that you desire.
And sense what it's like to feel that same love and support from yourself,
From your own being.
Feel yourself lifting yourself up,
Holding yourself with great tenderness,
And cherishing yourself at the depth of your soul for being exactly who you are.
Take a moment now to breathe in all of that self-love and beautiful self-cherishing.
Now notice that this wonderful support system in your life right now,
From loved ones,
From the universe,
And from yourself,
You have already magnetized easily and effortlessly into your life simply by being who you are.
And that there is a sacred partner on your horizon who will be magnetized to you in exactly the same way.
This person will only amplify the strong waves of love,
Connection,
And support that are already alive within your life.
So take a moment now to express your deepest gratitude for all of these sources of love.
The ones that are ever-present and already in your life now.
And all of the sources of love that are yet to step into your life but are already on their way to you.
Including the love and connection from your sacred partner.
This person who sees who you really are and gets you fully.
Feeling gratitude and appreciation as if this person were already here.
For they are already connected to you at the level of your soul.
Keeping this feeling anchored into your heart space.
Take one or two more deep cleansing breaths.
Maybe giving yourself a warm hug as you prepare to come out of the meditation.
And set an intention now to take this feeling with you of being deeply loved and cherished.
