Be transported to a place in your mind where you can fully relax and let go of your day. You begin on a very calm beach with the sound of crisp and gentle waves helping to lull you to sleep. As you imagine the words that you hear and as the journey unfolds to a rocking chair within a cabin, you let go of any stress and tension as you fall asleep.

Transcript

The sun is setting over the vast expanse of the ocean,

Casting a warm orange glow over the beach.

The sound of the waves gently lapping against the shore and the occasional seagull calling out in the distance create a soothing melody.

You find yourself walking barefoot on the soft,

Warm sand,

Feeling the cranes massage your feet with each step.

The sand is a beautiful golden hue,

Glittering in the sunlight like a treasure trove waiting to be discovered.

The sea is a deep shade of blue,

Reflecting the sky above like a mirror.

As you walk closer to the water's edge,

You can feel the cool,

Refreshing mist of the waves as they crash gently against your ankles.

You take a deep breath,

Inhaling the salty ocean air and immediately feel a sense of calmness.

The smell of the sea,

Combined with the soft sound of the waves and the warm sun on your skin is a symphony of relaxation.

As you continue to walk along the beach,

You notice the various textures and colours of the landscape.

The sand is mixed with tiny shells and pebbles,

Creating a mosaic of earthy tones.

You reach down to pick up a smooth,

Flat stone,

Running your fingers over its surface and feeling the coolness against your skin.

You continue to walk along the beach,

Allowing yourself to be fully present in the moment.

Your mind begins to wander,

As you reflect on the things in your life that may have been causing you stress or anxiety.

But instead of dwelling on these negative thoughts,

You allow them to pass,

Like the waves on the shore.

As you walk further along the beach,

You notice a large rock formation jutting out into the sea.

The rock is rough and jagged,

With small pools of water forming in its crevices.

You walk closer and notice the sound of the water trickling over the rocks.

You take a seat on the smoothest rock that you can find and allow yourself to be still.

You close your eyes and focus on your breathing,

Inhaling deeply and exhaling slowly.

As you breathe,

You imagine yourself releasing all negative thoughts and emotions that may have been weighing you down.

As you sit in stillness,

You begin to notice the various sounds around you,

The gentle sound of the waves crashing against the shore,

The distant call of a seagull and the rustling of the palm trees in the breeze.

Each sound is like a note in a beautiful music composition.

You open your eyes and look out at the vast expanse of the ocean.

The sun has now set,

And the sky is a beautiful blend of pinks and purples.

The sea is calm,

Like a mirror reflecting the beauty above.

As you sit and observe the beauty around you,

You realise that your anxiety has subsided.

Any worries or stresses that were weighing you down have melted away like the sand beneath your feet.

You feel at peace,

Connected to the earth and the sea around you.

You take a deep breath,

Filling your lungs with the fresh ocean air,

And feel a sense of gratitude.

As you exhale,

As you stand up and begin to make your way back along the beach,

You take a final deep breath and feel a sense of renewal.

The sun has now fully set,

And the sky is dark,

But the moon has risen,

Casting a soft silvery light over the beach.

The waves continue to lap gently against the shore,

And the seagulls have gone to sleep,

But the peace and tranquility that you have,

Remains.

As you continue to walk along the beach,

Feeling the sand beneath your toes,

You notice how soft and warm it feels.

The sand grains massage your feet,

And you feel any tension that was once there,

Slipping away with each step.

You take a moment to look around,

And you see the ocean stretching out before you,

While the beach curves and disappears out of sight.

As you inhale the salty air,

You notice how the smell has changed as you move further along the shore.

Its now mixed with the scent of wet sand and seaweed,

And it reminds you of the beach during the early morning hours.

Eventually,

You come to a small path leading into a connected forest.

The path is narrow and winds its way through the trees,

Creating a sense of privacy and seclusion.

You follow the path,

And notice how the sounds of the beach are quickly muffled by the trees foliage.

The sound of your footsteps crunching on the fallen leaves is the only noise now,

And it's a soothing sound.

The forest is quiet and peaceful,

And you feel a sense of calmness washing over you as you take in the green surroundings.

The trees tower above you,

And their branches form a canopy overhead,

Filtering the light and casting beautiful shadows on the ground.

You notice how the moonlight streams through the trees,

Creating a beautiful dappled effect on the ground.

As you walk,

You take notice of the texture of the ground beneath your feet.

The forest floor is covered with a layer of leaves,

Pine needles and small twigs.

They rustle and crunch underfoot.

And you take great pleasure in the different sensations that they create.

You stop to admire a beautiful tree trunk,

Noticing how the rough bark feels under your fingertips.

You run your hand around the ridges and grooves of the trunk,

Feeling the texture and appreciating the natural beauty.

As you continue to walk,

Your breathing automatically becomes deeper.

As you inhale the fresh forest air,

The smell of the pine and earthy musk fills your lungs.

And as it does,

You feel your body relax.

You find a comfortable spot to sit,

Crossing your legs on the ground,

Feeling the softness of the grass under your feet.

You close your eyes and take a few deep breaths,

Inhaling the fresh forest air.

As you breathe,

You imagine a wave of relaxation washing over you,

Taking away any lingering tension or stress.

You use the environment around you to relieve anxiety,

Using your senses to focus on the present moment.

You take notice of the colours around you,

The various shades of green,

Brown and orange in the foliage,

And the yellow of the glowing moon above.

You also take notice of the sounds around you,

The rustling of the leaves,

The chirping of the sleepy birds,

And the occasional snap of a twig.

You let these sounds wash over you,

Appreciating the peacefulness that they bring.

As you sit,

You also focus on the sensations in your body,

You feel the cool grass under your fingertips,

The softness of the ground beneath you,

And the warmth of this summers night.

A gentle breeze brushes past your face,

And you feel your muscles slowly relax and unwind.

As you inhale the fresh forest air,

Your body relaxes more and more,

A sense of calmness and tranquility is felt,

Knowing that you have found a safe haven in this quiet,

Peaceful forest.

As you sit and relax,

It begins to rain.

As the rain starts to pick up,

You quicken your pace along a path,

Feeling the droplets on your skin.

The sound of the rain is calming,

With a gentle tapping on the leaves above,

And the forest floor beneath your feet.

You follow the path,

And soon see a log cabin,

With smoke curling out of its chimney.

The cabin is nestled in a clearing,

Surrounded by tall trees that provide shelter and privacy.

The sight of it instantly makes you feel at ease,

And you approach it with a sense of curiosity.

You notice the rustic exterior,

With its rough,

Hewn logs,

And chinking of moss and clay.

The wooden door is weathered and warm,

But sturdy,

As you push it open.

As you step inside,

You are greeted by a cosy and inviting space.

The cabin is small,

But well equipped,

With a fireplace on one side of the room,

A comfortable chair and a small kitchenette.

The floorboards are made of polished wood,

And a thick rug in the centre of the room adds a touch of comfort.

You walk around the cabin,

Taking note of the details that make it such a relaxing space.

The walls are decorated with nature inspired artwork,

Adding a touch of natural beauty to the interior.

The shelves are stocked with books,

Including nature guides and poetry collections,

Perfect for a quiet evening inside.

The fireplace crackles and pops,

And you are drawn to it,

Feeling the warmth that it emits.

You sit in the armchair,

Feeling its soft cushions and the supportive backrest,

As you gaze into the flames of the fire.

Your eyes are transfixed by the dancing movements and the comforting glow.

You can hear the rain outside,

As it is amplified in the cabin,

And it creates a calming background sound.

You take notice of the small details around you,

The textures and colours that make the cabin so inviting.

The rug beneath your feet is soft and plush,

And you sink your toes into it,

Enjoying the softness and warmth it provides.

As you look across the cabin,

You see the kitchenette,

Which is equipped with a small stove and a kettle.

You can smell the scent of tea brewing.

You get up from the armchair and make yourself a cup,

Feeling the warmth of the mug in your hands.

The tea is fragrant and soothing,

A perfect complement to the cosy cabin atmosphere.

You walk around the cabin,

Taking in the details that make it so unique.

You notice a rocking chair in the corner,

A perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view out of the small window next to it.

You take a seat,

And begin to rock back and forth,

Feeling the gentle motion soothe your body.

You watch the drops of rain trickle down the glass,

Creating a mesmerising pattern.

As you sit,

You begin to notice the warmth of the fire.

It's comforting,

And you feel it radiate through your body.

The heat of the fire is intense,

But not overwhelming,

And you feel a sense of comfort in its presence.

You watch the flames dance in the fireplace,

Mesmerised by their movements.

The orange and yellow hues are calming,

And you feel your eyes begin to droop.

The heat and light from the fire are hypnotic,

And you feel yourself drifting into a state of deep relaxation.

The sound of the rain outside is constant,

But not loud.

It creates a gentle background noise that lulls you into a sense of tranquility.

You listen to its melody,

Feeling each drop hit the roof and ground outside.

You close your eyes,

Letting the sound wash over you.

You feel the rocking chair moving back and forth,

And you sink into it,

Deeper and deeper.

The motion is gentle,

And you feel your body swaying with it.

It's like a soothing embrace,

And you let yourself go with the movement.

You can see behind your closed eyelets,

The flames still dancing,

And sleepily watch the patterns they create,

They twist and turn,

And you feel a sense of calmness washing over you as you fall asleep.

The heat from the fire is soothing,

And you feel it wash over you like a blanket.

You wrap your arms around yourself,

Feeling the warmth envelop you.

The fire,

And the sound it makes,

Creates a cosy atmosphere that makes you feel safe and secure.

As you drift off to sleep,

You feel a sense of peace as the fire crackles,

The rain taps,

And the chair rocks.

You feel your body sink deeper into the chair,

Noticing the soft cushions and gentle motion.

The rain and the fire provide the perfect background music to fall asleep.

You are surrounded by a soothing environment that relaxes both your mind and body.

The gentle rocking of the chair eases you into a peaceful sleep,

The sound of the rain tapping against the window lulls you into a state of tranquillity,

The warmth of the fire creates a cosy and comforting atmosphere.

You release all the worries and anxieties of the day,

And surrender to sleep,

The motion of the chair and the sound of the rain create a bubble of calmness.

You feel your muscles relax and your tension ease as you sink deeper into the chair.

You let go of any negative thoughts and allow yourself to experience complete relaxation,

The peace and serenity of this moment fills you with gratitude.

You are safe and secure in this tranquil environment,

Your mind and body are at ease,

And you are ready for a restful sleep.

You allow yourself to fully embrace this moment,

You let go of any stress or tension,

Knowing that sleep will come easily.

The sound of the rain creates a soothing melody that washes over you,
