When panic arises,

It may feel overwhelming,

But remember,

This feeling is temporary.

You are safe,

You are strong and you have the power to bring yourself back to calmness and control.

As you listen,

Steady your breath and remind you that you are ok.

Let them replace fear with peace,

Panic with trust and overwhelm with stillness.

Take a deep breath in and exhale fully.

I am safe in this moment.

This feeling is temporary and will soon pass.
