Welcome to the Secret Garden Meditation.
A sacred pause just for you.
A moment to slow down.
Soften inward.
And reconnect with the quiet wisdom of your own body.
Here in this inner garden.
You're invited to rest.
To breathe.
And to begin the healing that unfolds from within.
Find a comfortable position.
Where you can simply be.
And close your eyes.
Take a slow breath in.
And a long breath out.
Allow your body to soften.
Allow your body.
To settle.
Imagine stepping barefoot through an old wooden gate.
A gate only you know about.
Beyond it.
Lies your secret garden.
Untouched by anyone else.
A sanctuary created by your soul.
The earth is cool beneath your feet.
And welcoming.
Birdsong fills the air The bright call of a cardinal.
The Flutter of Sparrows.
The steady,
Hopeful chirp of a robin.
Greeting the morning.
You inhale deeply.
And feel completely,
Utterly safe here.
This is your place.
Your quiet refuge.
Your homecoming.
As you walk deeper.
Into the garden.
Coral tulips reach toward you.
Golden daffodils sway gently.
Lavender brushes your ankles with its calming scent.
But then you notice something else.
Corners where weeds have grown wild.
Vines that crept in during the cold.
Patches of dried leaves matted against the soil.
Your sanctuary has been holding everything for you.
Including.
.
.
All that is heavy in your life right now.
You kneel down.
Placing your palms on the earth.
You feel its steady heartbeat beneath your hands.
And you whisper to yourself.
I'm ready to clear.
What no longer belongs here.
You wrap your fingers around the first weed.
A stubborn root.
That has been clinging to your inner garden for far too long.
And gently pull them.
It loosens.
Then slides from the soil.
And as it does.
A subtle weight lifts from your body.
A breath you didn't realize you were holding.
Releases.
You reach for another.
And another.
Each one you pull.
Carries a different story.
A different sensation your body has been quietly holding.
With one weed.
The tension in your shoulders begins to uncoil.
With the next.
The pressure in your chest softens.
Like your heart finally has room to breathe again.
Another comes free.
And the heaviness in your belly.
Worry,
Fear.
Exhaustion begins to dissolve.
You notice inflammation easing.
Like the inner heat that once pulsed beneath your skin.
Is cooling.
Calming.
Settling.
Your body feels less reactive.
Less guarded.
As though it finally trusts it can soften.
You feel the fog around your mind and heart thinning.
As if clarity is slowly returning.
As if your inner world is remembering its own life.
Another weed releases.
This one holding old emotions you didn't know were still tucked away.
A past hurt.
A disappointment.
A moment you never had time to process.
As it leaves the soil.
Your jaw loosens.
Your breath.
Deepens.
Your whole nervous system begins to feel at ease.
With each weed you clear.
You feel lighter.
More spacious inside your body.
As though your cells themselves are softening.
An opening.
A gentle breeze moves through the garden.
Stirring the leaves.
Sweeping across your skin.
It feels like the whole sanctuary.
Is exhaling with you.
A shared release.
A shared relief.
Your body responds too.
Muscles relaxing.
Tightness melting.
Inflammation easing like a fire finally going out.
Emotionally,
A sense of safety begins to grow.
A quiet knowing.
That you are healing.
Bit by bit.
Breath by breath.
The garden feels brighter now.
More alive.
And you realize.
.
.
So are you.
You stand up.
Brushing soil from your hands.
And suddenly.
.
.
You see it.
The garden looks clearer.
And you feel lighter.
Grounded.
And whole.
The tulips seem taller.
The daffodils glow.
A monarch butterfly glides past.
Resting for a moment on a lavender stem.
Inside your chest.
A soft light begins to bloom.
Pink?
Yellow.
Orange.
The colors of sunrise.
The colors of rebirth.
Feel that warm light expanding.
Filling every corner of your inner garden.
Look across at the far edge of your secret haven.
Here you see a row of sunflowers.
Steady.
Intuitive.
They lift their bright faces toward the sun.
Always turning toward what nourishes them.
You take a slow step toward them.
Feeling the sun warm on your face.
Feeling your whole being turn toward your own light.
Your truth.
Your desires.
You're becoming.
You sense a new chapter opening.
Not forced.
Not rushed.
Just Unfolding.
Naturally,
Beautifully in your own timing.
Repeat softly to yourself.
I release what I no longer need to hold.
My inner garden is clear.
I bloom from the inside out.
Take one final expansive inhale.
And a warm thigh out.
You are open.
You are grounded.
You are blooming.
Your secret garden is awake.
And sew.
As this meditation comes to a close.
Gently wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Coming back into your body.
And this present moment.
Knowing you can always come back to your secret garden.
Whenever.
You won't.
Simply close your eyes.
And you will be there.
Remember that your body is strong and capable of healing from within.
Thank you so much for joining me today.
Until next time.
Take care.
And happy healing.
