Welcome to this morning meditation.

Today we greet the new day with an open heart and mind,

Ready to embrace whatever it may bring.

Whether you are in a season of challenges or joy,

Remember that each day is a new beginning.

Every morning,

The sun rises,

And with it,

We are given the gift of starting again.

Find a comfortable position,

Either sitting with your back supported or lying down.

Allow your body to relax into the surface beneath you,

And gently close your eyes.

Take a deep,

Calming breath in through your nose,

Feeling your abdomen expand.

Slowly exhale through your mouth,

Releasing any tension or tightness you may be holding.

Now let your breath settle into its natural rhythm,

Guiding you into this present moment.

Notice the rise and fall of your chest,

The gentle expansion of your lungs with each inhale,

And the soft release with each exhale.

Now imagine yourself sitting on a cozy porch,

Wrapped in a soft,

Warm blanket.

You feel the gentle weight of the fabric around you,

Comforting you,

Protecting you from the cool morning air.

In your hands,

You hold a freshly brewed cup of coffee,

The mug warm and soothing against your palms.

You can smell the rich aroma of the coffee,

The deep,

Comforting scent filling the air as it rises with the steam.

As you take a sip,

The warmth spreads through your body,

And the rich flavor dances on your tongue.

And you hear the quiet morning hum of the world around you.

Before you stretches a wide,

Open meadow,

Bathed in the soft,

Early light of dawn.

You can hear the birds singing in the distance,

Their songs crisp and clear,

Announcing the new day.

The air is fresh and cool,

Filled with the scent of dew on the grass,

And you feel the gentle breeze on your skin,

Soft and refreshing,

As if nature itself is greeting you.

Looking out over the meadow,

You see the soft hues of the sky,

Delicate pinks,

Purples,

And blues,

Gradually shifting into gold as the sun begins to rise over the hills.

The sunlight is just beginning to touch the tips of the grass,

Casting long shadows and making the dew sparkle like tiny diamonds.

The world is still,

Peaceful,

And full of possibility.

With each breath you take,

You feel more present in this moment.

The warmth of the sun's first rays on your face,

The soft rustle of leaves in the breeze,

And the sweet scent of earth and grass all bring you into a state of calm and presence.

You feel grounded and at ease.

Just like the sun,

Today you are given the opportunity to start again.

To meet the day with an open heart,

An open mind,

And a sense of renewal.

Whatever challenges or joys today may bring,

You are ready.

You are strong,

And you are capable.

Breathe in the peace of this moment.

As you inhale,

Feel the warmth of the sun's rays and the comfort of your coffee filling your body.

Feel your heart soften,

Your mind clear,

And your spirit awaken.

As you exhale,

Release any tension,

Any worries,

And any thoughts that no longer serve you.

In this quiet space,

Allow yourself to simply be.

There is no need to scan your body,

No need to rush.

Only the present moment,

Where you are grounded,

Peaceful,

And full of love.

Take a slow,

Deep breath.

As you inhale,

Silently say to yourself,

Breathing in love,

And as you exhale,

Breathing out peace.

Let these words flow with each breath,

Filling your being with warmth and tranquility.

Breathing in love,

And breathing out peace.

Breathing in love,

Breathing out peace.

Feel yourself becoming more grounded with each breath.

More connected to this moment and to this earth.

One with everything and everyone.

You are getting ready to embrace the day ahead.

Whatever today holds,

You are prepared.

You are open.

You are ready.

Take one more look out across this beautiful meadow.

You can come back to this scene at any point throughout the day.

With the morning dew and your freshly brewed coffee.

Feeling warm,

Peaceful,

And grounded.

This scene is within you.

And you will always have access to it.

As this meditation comes to a close,

Gently begin to bring your awareness back to your body and the space you're in.

Start to notice the sensations in your fingers and your toes.

Gently wiggle them,

Bringing some movement back into your body.

Stretch your arms high above your head.

And roll your shoulders,

Loosening any lingering tension.

When you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes.

Bringing the light of the morning with you.

Feel a soft smile spread across your face.

Knowing that you carry the peace and love of this meadow scene within you.

And remember,

Whenever you need a moment of calm or connection,

You can return to this peaceful place.

Simply take a deep breath,

And you will be there.

Surrounded by love and light.

Thank you for joining me today.

Until next time,

Take care and happy healing.
