Welcome to this trusting the flow of life meditation.

Not knowing what comes next can feel scary.

But today in this practice,

We are choosing to believe that we are supported by something greater than our control.

Find a comfortable position,

Either sitting up or lying down.

And close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and slowly exhale through your mouth.

Allow yourself to land fully in this moment.

Let the external world fade and turn your awareness inward.

With every breath,

Feel your body begin to soften.

Your shoulders melt away from your ears.

Your jaw relaxes.

Your chest and belly begin to open and expand.

Now bring your attention to your heart.

Imagine your breath flowing directly in and out of this space.

The center of your being.

Where trust and gratitude live.

Now let your imagination guide you to a tranquil beach.

Your own private sanctuary.

The air is warm and gentle against your skin.

You can hear the rhythmic sound of the waves rolling in and out.

A steady heartbeat of the earth.

Above you,

The sky stretches wide and open.

Soft hues of gold and blue blend at the horizon.

Feel yourself lying on a soft towel on the sand.

The ground beneath you is warm and solid.

Shaping perfectly to your body's natural curves.

The sand supports you completely.

Steady,

Effortless,

Safe.

As you breathe,

Notice a subtle rise and fall of your chest.

In rhythm with the ocean's pulse.

Your body begins to remember what it feels like to rest in the flow of life.

Now bring your awareness to the crown of your head.

Without trying to change anything.

Simply notice what you feel there.

A hum,

A stillness,

A presence.

Then gently move your attention downward.

Soften your forehead,

Your eyes,

Your jaw.

Let your tongue rest easy in your mouth.

With each exhale,

Feel the muscles in your neck and shoulders melt into the warm sand beneath you.

The sound of the waves become your breath.

Coming and going.

Coming and going.

Coming and going.

Each inhale draws calm into your body.

Each exhale releases tension,

Worry,

And control.

Now in your mind's eye,

See yourself slowly rising and walking toward the shoreline.

The sand shifts softly beneath your feet.

Cool and damp as you near the water's edge.

The sunlight dances across the surface of the ocean.

Sparkling like thousands of tiny mirrors reflecting pure light.

As the first wave reaches your feet,

Feel its coolness wrap around your ankles.

Let the water move in and out.

Flowing freely,

Effortlessly.

With every wave that touches you,

Feel a layer of tension lifting from your body.

The gripping,

The bracing,

The effort to control.

Each wave that recedes carries that tension away,

Dissolving it back into the sea.

Your body begins to move with the rhythm.

A natural ebb and flow.

The rise and release.

You are not separate from the ocean.

You are part of its movement,

Its breath,

Its intelligence.

This is how your body was designed to feel.

Open,

Fluid,

And at peace.

As you rest here,

Turn your awareness toward the shore.

There,

Along the beach,

You see familiar faces.

Your friends,

Your family,

Those who love and support you.

They are relaxed,

Radiant in the sunlight,

Laughing together in ease.

Let your gaze settle on one person who means the most to you.

See them clearly.

The sparkle in their eyes.

The love in their expression.

Feel the energy between you.

The connection that exists beyond words.

Your heart begins to expand with gratitude.

A feeling so real it brings warmth to your entire body.

Let that gratitude fill your chest,

Your belly,

Your whole being.

With every breath in,

It grows stronger.

With every breath out,

It radiates outward.

A wave of appreciation flowing into the ocean around you.

Now see yourself walking slowly back toward the shore.

Each step feels grounded and clear.

The water falls away gently as you return to the warmth of the sand.

You feel lighter,

Freer,

And more alive.

The earth supports you beneath your feet,

Steady and constant.

Now bring your hands to your heart.

Feel the warmth there.

Your own life force.

Your own rhythm.

Take a deep,

Full breath in through your nose,

And a slow,

Sighing exhale through your mouth.

Now repeat softly to yourself,

I am guided.

I am supported.

I am safe.

Let those words settle into your body.

Let them become truth.

Feel the surface beneath you,

The air around you,

And the rhythm of your breath.

The calm of the ocean,

The warmth of the sun,

And the steadiness of the earth.

Carry the state of peace and gratitude with you as you head into the rest of your day.

You are the flow.

You are the stillness.

You are the light of your own healing.

The universe has your back.

You are never alone.

You are always being guided on this journey.

When you're ready,

Bring your awareness back to this room and to this moment.

You can slowly wiggle your fingers and your toes,
