Welcome to this surrender meditation,

Whatever you're going through at this present moment,

Know it's not your forever.

Right now,

Take some time for yourself to pause,

Honor,

And fully accept the feelings you're experiencing as you navigate your healing journey.

Let's start by finding a comfortable position where you can truly relax.

Whether that's sitting with your back supported or lying down,

Gently close your eyes and allow yourself to settle into this moment and into your body,

Free from any distractions.

Take a deep,

Soothing breath in,

And as you exhale,

Let go of any tension you're holding,

Releasing any lingering thoughts or worries from your day.

Those worries can wait and will be addressed later.

With each breath in and each breath out,

Give yourself permission to be present right here,

Right now.

Let's begin by connecting with your personal source of love and support.

This could be a close friend,

A beloved pet,

God,

Or perhaps a peaceful scene in nature that brings you comfort.

Whatever it is,

Allow yourself to feel that warm,

Unconditional love surrounding you.

Picture it gently enveloping you,

Offering you peace and reassurance.

You are safe,

And we only heal when we feel safe.

So connect to the safety and comfort right now.

Now bring your attention to the symptoms you've been experiencing,

Whether they're physical,

Emotional,

Or both.

Just notice them without judgment.

Pay attention to any resistance you might be feeling toward these sensations.

You may notice your body tensing or your mind trying to push them away.

Allow yourself to fully feel that resistance,

Acknowledging it for what it is.

Now let's try a gentle tense and release exercise.

Feel the resistance in your body and tighten your body a little bit more.

Take a deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Release that tension with a soft smile.

Let it go.

Surrender all of it to your source of love.

Trust that this source is there to care for you,

To hold you.

Feel the warmth of that trust,

And allow your body to relax deeply.

Consciously soften your eyebrows,

Your shoulders,

Your arms,

And your belly.

Breathe in the sense of ease that comes with letting go.

Let's deepen this practice a bit further.

Focus again on the symptoms or feelings you've been experiencing.

Feel them,

And tense your body a little bit more.

As you acknowledge any resistance,

Take a slow,

Deliberate breath in.

As you breathe out,

Gently smile and release that resistance.

Surrendering it to your source of love.

Feel the safety,

Comfort,

And nurturing energy that surrounds you as you breathe in and breathe out.

Release it.

Let it go.

Know it's okay for any sensations you might be feeling to be here.

You don't need to change them right now.

Just let them be.

We're releasing any resistance to them.

There is no need to force anything.

By gently releasing any tension you're holding on to,

The body will begin to relax.

And the sensations you're feeling will slowly release over time.

Simply breathe deeply,

Releasing the need to let go.

Releasing the need to control anything in your life.

Just let it be,

And let it go.

Next,

Let's tune into the emotions you may be feeling around these symptoms.

Perhaps there's fear or uncertainty about the future.

Maybe you're anxious about healing or frustrated with the pace of your progress.

Acknowledge these emotions as they arise,

And then take a deep,

Grounding breath in.

And with the exhale,

Let it all go.

Gently,

And feel the release.

The release of control.

Give it all to your source of love.

You are now trusting this process.

And you know you are exactly where you need to be.

As you continue breathing in and breathing out,

Repeat these affirmations in your mind to yourself.

I trust myself to navigate whatever comes my way.

I will learn and grow from these challenges.

I have the strength to rise above any fear or doubt.

I release control and embrace the journey ahead.

I find peace in the unknown,

Knowing I am safe and supported.

Let these words sink in deeply.

Allow everything to simply exist without the need to change it.

Feel into any lingering fear related to the symptoms you've been experiencing.

Acknowledge that fear fully.

There's no need to push it away.

Inhale deeply.

And as you exhale,

Imagine sending that fear to your source of love.

Allowing your source to absorb all of it.

Picture the source standing by your side,

Radiating kindness and compassion.

With each breath in,

Let this love support you.

Helping you release your worries,

Your doubts,

And your fears.

Now with a deep,

Open heart,

Repeat these affirmations again.

Knowing deep down that they are true.

I trust myself to navigate whatever comes my way.

I will learn and grow from these challenges.

I have the strength to rise above any fear or doubt.

I release control and embrace the journey ahead.

I find peace in the unknown,

Knowing I am safe and supported.

Breathe in those words.

And as you exhale,

Surrender everything to your source of love.

Knowing they can hold space for you and all that you're going through.

Feel the safety of simply being here in this present moment.

Where everything is as it should be.

Imagine how it would feel to fully accept everything as it is right now.

To start befriending the sensations you're experiencing in your body.

Knowing that your body is always trying to keep you safe.

Your body is always trying to heal you.

Now let's tune in deeper to the sensations that you're experiencing.

Notice them in your body.

Ask them,

What are you trying to tell me right now?

And just listen for a response.

And if you don't hear anything,

That's okay.

This practice takes time.

Tune in again and ask them,

How can I help you?

And listen for a response.

Are they asking for rest?

Or peace?

Or love?

Sometimes these sensations just want to be seen and heard.

Honor whatever comes up.

And with a soft smile,

Take a breath in.

And exhale everything to your source of love.

Now I want you to focus on an area of your body that feels at ease.

It might be your forehead,

Your nose,

Your hands,

Or your toes.

We're going to slowly move back and forth from the area of your body feeling sensations to the area that's not.

And help our minds to start to integrate peaceful feelings into those sensations.

As we do this,

We begin to find balance in our bodies and trust in our minds.

Knowing that these sensations do not define us.

We can find areas of peace and comfort even during hard times.

So focus on that peaceful area in your body.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Notice how soft and at ease this area is.

Now focus on a sensation and simply breathe into it.

Sending it love and peace.

Now go back to the first area of your body.

Feel a sense of safety and surrender.

Now focus on a symptom area.

Breathe in and out.

Noticing the difference between these two areas.

Your mind is now beginning to find balance between the two.

And your body is starting to soften and let go.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Now we're going to do this one more time.

Focus on that area of peace.

And now focus on the symptom area.

Breathe in acceptance and out surrender.

Slowly asking this symptom to release and let go.

It's okay if it doesn't change.

Whatever you feel is valid.

We are slowly encouraging things to shift.

As we relax and surrender to this process.

As you soak in this feeling of surrender.

Feel how your body is releasing any tension it's been holding on to.

Feel it becoming soft,

Light and free from resistance.

Allow yourself to feel at ease.

As you open your heart to the flow of each new moment.

You are exactly where you need to be.

As your body surrenders more and more to this journey.

Repeat these affirmations once more in your mind.

As you fully begin to believe that they are true.

I trust myself to navigate whatever comes my way.

I will learn and grow from these challenges.

I have the strength to rise above any fear or doubt.

I release control and embrace the journey ahead.

I find peace in the unknown.

Knowing I am safe and supported.

Remember every time you choose to surrender to this journey.

And you embrace it with trust.

Your body responds with peace.

Each cell awakens to a beautiful energy that lifts you up and expands your being.

Even in moments of challenge.

Know that you can trust the process.

Whatever happens,

You can handle it.

Choose to live with gratitude and peace.

Knowing that you are always supported.

As we near the end of this meditation.

Start to bring your awareness back to your body.

And back to the room you are in.

Gently wiggle your fingers and your toes.

Feeling the surface beneath you.

Gently move your shoulders and wiggle your hips.

And when you are ready,

Slowly open your eyes.

Take a moment to look around your space.

And notice something that brings you joy.

Allow a soft smile to come forward.

And carry the sense of surrender into your day.

Be proud of yourself.

For showing up and committing to this practice.

Remember,

You are never alone on this journey.

Embrace each moment with love and gratitude.

Knowing you are always supported by your source of love.

And have a deep knowing that your healing is unfolding in its own perfect way.
