Welcome to this release and recharge meditation.

I'm so happy that you're here.

Let's begin by finding a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down.

Gently close your eyes and take a slow,

Deep breath in through your nose and exhale out through your mouth.

Let's do that two more times.

Inhale deeply,

Exhale fully.

Breathing in calm and breathing out any tension.

Now bring your awareness to the surface beneath you.

Feel how it supports your weight.

Notice where your body meets the ground and imagine roots gently growing down from your body,

Connecting you to the earth below.

These roots are strong,

Grounding you with stability,

Safety,

And calm.

With each breath,

Imagine that grounding energy rising from the earth into your body.

It flows up through your feet,

Into your legs,

Hips,

Spine,

Filling your chest,

Shoulders,

Arms,

Neck,

And head with a steady,

Supportive light.

Let this energy anchor you as you prepare to let go.

Now bring to mind anything you're holding onto stress,

Tension,

Fear,

Overwhelm.

See yourself gently gathering it all and placing it into a large balloon in front of you.

Notice the color,

Size,

And feel of the balloon.

Let it hold everything that no longer serves you.

Every worry,

Every weight.

When you're ready,

Imagine letting the balloon go.

Watch it float higher and higher into the sky,

Carrying all that heaviness with it.

And then pop!

It bursts,

Scattering the stress into tiny particles.

Watch as those particles drift downward and dissolve into the earth.

The earth knows how to hold and transform everything you release.

Feel the shift in your body,

The space,

The lightness.

You've made room to recharge.

Bring your awareness back to the grounding roots below you.

Feel that connection deep,

Steady,

And strong.

Let the earth's calming energy rise up through you again,

Fulfilling you with clarity,

Stillness,

And strength.

You are supported.

You are grounded.

You are renewed.

Now take a moment to notice how free you feel.

There is nothing you need to carry right now.

You are safe to simply be.

Fully,

Authentically you.

The worries can wait.

The universe has your back.

Everything is unfolding in its own perfect timing.

And you are exactly where you need to be.

Take one final deep breath in,

And exhale slowly.

Begin to gently move your fingers and your toes,

Bringing yourself back to the room.

And when you're ready,

You can gently open your eyes,

Feeling lighter,

Clearer,

And more connected to who you truly are.
