Chrissy Kenna

Chrissy is a long-time practitioner of buddhist meditation, a therapist and a seeker. Luckily she's also been a "finder." Through teaching others meditation, how to recount their "story" with a healthy measure of ALLOWING of all that has occurred in one's life and a sense of humor that all might not be as we think it is, through the mirror of working with so many others, she has found her own Basic Goodness, Basic Sanity, Basic Health and Basic Wholeness. We don't have to be scared of who we are. Buddhism and spiritual practices continue to show her who she is NOT, leaving who she IS as an open field of possibilities, information and preferences. In a word, movement. Chrissy hopes to speak to that part of you that feels you are broken, gently showing you that you are, in fact, already Whole and have everything you need. Knowing that, feeling that, we can then look outside ourselves and see how to affect the spaces we inhabit in a way that is kind, curious, present. Receiving love, offering love, Being Love.

I had been in kind of a journaling slump until this came across my recommended guided meditations. I really enjoyed this and I liked how grounding and self exploratory it was.
