Let your eyes close softly.
And stop.
Stop the doing.
Stop the organizing.
Stop the managing.
Stop trying to get somewhere or figure something out or prepare for what comes next.
Just stop.
Take one long breath in right to the bottom of your lungs.
And release it slowly all the way out.
And breathe in right to the bottom of your lungs.
And let your shoulders drop as you breathe all the way out.
And again,
Breathing in all the way to the bottom of your lungs.
And all the way out fully,
Release.
The breath will now settle into its own natural rhythm.
And with every exhale,
Feel yourself becoming.
A little bit more still.
A little bit more present.
A little bit more in this moment.
Acknowledge that you have come through a chapter or period of living,
Of life.
And living however wonderful.
However full of beautiful things,
It can all accumulate.
The giving and the doing.
They're showing up.
They're holding it all together.
And underneath all of that.
A tiredness can build.
And we often don't fully feel it until it's really slowed us down physically,
Emotionally,
Mentally.
So here together in this moment.
You acknowledge that.
You have done a lot.
You have given a lot.
And you have held a lot.
And now,
Right now,
You get to put it all down.
And with every exhale,
Feel yourself.
Breathing out what has accumulated.
You can keep hold of the beautiful part softly and lightly in your heart.
More the breathing out of the overstimulation.
Any heavy energy or emotions.
And let all that move.
Downwards through your body and down through your feet.
And into the earth with love sending it down to Pachamama.
Where the energy can be transmuted and transformed into something new.
Breathing out and releasing what has been.
And breathing in,
Welcoming what is beginning right now.
Breathing out,
Releasing what has been.
Breathing in,
Feel the freshness of this moment arriving.
We know how to let go when we give ourselves permission.
Bring all of your awareness down into the body,
Right down to the soles of your feet,
The base of your spine,
And the heaviness of your hips and your legs.
Your legs heavy Soft and supported.
Feel the support beneath your body.
The bed,
The chair,
The mat.
The stillness beneath you right now.
Visualize your own energetic roots.
Starting to swirl and dance down into the earth.
For the earth energy,
This is how all new beginnings reset start from the ground up.
Not from the top down,
Not from the lists and the goals and the willpower,
From the roots.
From the Earth.
Slowly.
.
.
Quietly drawing up from the earth and up and up.
From the grounds of who you are.
Who you really are.
From the earthly energy of what you need.
And what is true for you in this moment.
Feel your roots going down into the earth.
And take that however it lands for you now.
It might be an image or a feeling.
Or a simple sense of feeling anchored and connected to the ground beneath you.
And just for this moment,
Be held.
And rooted.
For when we.
.
.
Replant our roots and stabilize and secure our foundations.
We won't be swept away by the winds of life or the pressures and the to-do lists from this place you choose.
You breathe.
And you can begin again.
Take three slow,
Deliberate breaths,
Each one dropping you a little bit deeper.
Into the ground Breathing in.
.
.
And breathing out and down.
Breathing in.
And deeper down.
Breathing in.
.
.
And breathing all the way home to yourself.
Bring to mind now.
Anything that you are ready to leave behind.
As you step into this reset of energy.
A habit that has crept back into your life that you know isn't serving you.
Maybe it's the way you think about yourself,
A critical voice or an old story.
Maybe it's got a little bit loud.
Maybe it's time to leave behind a relationship dynamic or a work pattern or a way of spending your energy that's left you feeling depleted rather than full.
It might simply be the accumulated weight of too much,
Too much information.
Too much stimulation.
Too much of other people's needs before your own.
Whatever it is,
Let it come forward.
Just to be seen.
And then to be released.
Place your hands softly on your heart.
And simply say.
I am ready to leave this behind now.
And the breath carries it out.
And the earth receives it below.
And the space that it creates.
Is where you come back to yourself.
Now it's time to feel into something different.
Stay grounded.
Stay rooted.
And notice a quiet and gentle sensation beginning to stir somewhere in your body.
Genuine.
Energy.
That has been quietly waiting beneath the exhaustion.
Waiting for you to slow down enough to feel it again.
With each breath in,
Let this energy grow.
Allowing it in,
Breathing into it.
And from this place in a moment.
I want to ask you one question and when I do,
Take your time.
Don't rush to answer.
Let it drop down past the thinking mind and land somewhere deeper within your soul.
If right now.
You had to choose to tend to just one thing.
Just one area of your life,
Your health,
Your practice,
Your work,
Your relationship,
Your inner spiritual journey.
To tend to it with genuine care and love and gentle consistency.
What would that one thing be?
The one thing that has been quietly asking for your attention.
For longer than you might admit.
Let it come forward now.
And when you have it,
Hold it gently in your heart.
Hold it as an intention.
As a seed ready to be planted.
In the soil.
In this moment.
And with this planted And with this held in your heart,
Deepen your breath again.
Breathe through the full length of your body from the crown of your head to the soles of your feet.
Rooted.
Clear.
Present in this moment.
And this is all you need to take with you.
Your one intention.
Your one seed.
One small true thing to tend to with love.
And in a slow and gentle way,
Just like the earth tends to the seeds.
Take a loving breath into your heart,
Into your seed of intention.
And with a soft smile on your lips,
Sigh the breath out.
If you can,
Keep your smile as you inhale again,
Breathing love and light into your heart and into your intention,
And sigh the breath out.
Keep the smile with you as we inhale again,
Inhaling that love and light into your heart,
Into your seed of intention,
And exhale.
And one more time,
Keep this smile if you can.
Tend to a grin,
It might tend to a giggle.
Inhale.
And exhale.
Coming back into your soul.
Coming back into you.
And the reset is done and so it is.
Namaste,
Beautiful soul.
Namaste.
