In a world that moves too fast,
This is an invitation to slow down and to return to what is true.
Soften the noise,
Release what no longer carries you and come home to the quiet yet bright light within.
Remember your own calm presence,
The place beneath the doing,
Where your spirit can finally rest.
Wherever you are,
However you have arrived here to this time,
This moment,
Just be and let that be enough.
You made it here,
You carved out a space in a world that never stops moving,
A world that asks so much of you.
Take a gentle breath in and as you exhale feel the world beginning to fade into the background,
The lists,
The shoulds,
The noise.
This time is for you,
A sacred pause,
A coming home.
If your eyes are open let your eyelids gently flutter closed and wherever you're resting connect to the ground beneath you,
Solid and steady and holding you.
The earth,
Pachamama has never asked you to be anything but yourself,
Just be.
Draw a slow deep breath in through your nose,
Sigh it out through your mouth.
Again breathing in calmness,
Breathing out chaos.
With every gentle breath your body softens,
Your shoulders drop,
Your jaw loosens and your mind,
Your incredible beautiful mind unravels its grip on doing and on fixing and on figuring it all out.
You have permission to rest here,
You have permission to just be.
There is nothing to prove in this space,
Nothing to perform,
Just the quiet reunion with yourself.
Imagine a gentle breeze moving through the room or space that you are in.
It carries the scent of rain on dry earth,
The feeling of change,
The whisper of something sacred.
This gentle breeze is cleansing you,
It moves through your energy field,
Lifting what has become too heavy to hold.
The conversations,
The worries,
The noise,
They begin to drift away.
You do not need to carry what is not carrying you,
You are free to put it down now.
Bring your awareness to the very crown of your head.
Imagining a soft light descending,
A light that knows exactly what needs to be released.
You do not need to control it or guide it,
It knows the way.
It touches the top of your head and as it does it clears the clutter of thoughts,
The looping stories,
The endless what ifs.
Let the mind empty,
Let it become spacious and still.
The light moves to your forehead,
Softening the lines,
Clearing the fog of overthinking.
Down to your eyes,
Allowing them to rest,
No longer needing to take in or to analyse or to understand.
The light flows over your jaw,
Releasing the words that you held back,
The tension that you bit down on.
Let this light move through your throat,
Opening a space of truth,
Knowing that you always can choose whether you speak with gentleness or you hold silence,
For both are sacred.
And down to your heart,
Pause here,
Feel it beating faithfully for you.
Your heart that has carried so much,
Let the light move through it like warm water,
Clearing the residue of others emotions,
Old pains and the things you tucked away.
Whisper to your heart,
It's okay to let go now.
Let the light flow down to the softness of the navel,
A place where we hold fear and excitement in equal measure.
Let the warmth flow through here,
Inviting in a sense of balance,
Inviting in the Dao,
And feel the light travelling down to the hips,
Like warm,
Pure,
Clean water,
A gentle stream flowing cleansing and clearing the sacral,
Down to the legs,
Feet,
A river of renewal.
It knows how to carry away what no longer is serving you.
Each breath a cleansing and each exhale a surrender.
Feel the warm light flowing from the very crown of your head and down through your body as you hold the intention,
I give back what is not mine.
I release what no longer fits.
I return to myself now.
Everything that is heavy,
The expectations,
The striving,
The unspoken guilt,
Moved,
Released,
Cleared,
As if it's flowing downstream until you can no longer see it.
It disappears out of you,
Out of your energy,
And just like that you feel light,
Brighter,
Clearer.
As if you have just stepped into sunlight and the sun and the warmth touches your skin,
It's warm and it's forgiving.
Around you the world feels different,
Quieter,
And true,
And you realise all along this calm you've been seeking,
The peace,
The release,
But it was never somewhere out there,
It has always been here,
In your breath,
In your body,
In this quiet space of presence.
Place your hand on your heart or imagine your hand there as you whisper to yourself,
I am home.
Feel the truth of it echo through you.
You don't need to chase belonging,
You are belonging,
And you are enough exactly as you are.
Take a breath now,
Notice the space that you've created,
The lightness and the openness,
Let it spread through your entire being,
From the soles of your feet to the crown of your head.
Let this clarity become your new baseline,
You are energy in motion,
And now your energy is clear,
Calm,
Radiant.
Life may be busy yes,
And the world noisy and demanding,
But this,
This quiet centre is always available to you,
And you can return here again and again simply by remembering to breathe.
Bring gratitude now to yourself,
For showing up now in this moment,
For pausing and for choosing you.
With a smile remind yourself now,
I do not need to carry it all.
You are cleansed,
And you are home.
Namaste.
