I love you place your hand on your heart and soften into your body let the breath rise in and softly let it flow back out good morning,
I love you whisper these words to yourself feeling every word every moment of happiness and joy and love flows from these words,

I am listening listen to how you're feeling listen to your heart's whispers listen to the softness and the stillness that lies within you good morning,

I am listening ensure that you are completely supported and comfortable now as we begin allowing the breath to flow into your body very smoothly and very gently allowing it to flow back out again even softer apart from this moment now here when you think about your day ahead where other moments of time and space are you giving to yourself today?
Take a moment now to think about your day ahead and all the things that you have planned and the things that you are doing and the places you are going and where in your day are you giving yourself the present of pausing now allow your body to go even quieter even more still as we drop into the calmness before the chaos of the day begins how still can you make your body in this moment?
Which part of your body is the most still?
And apart from your breath there is no other movement you are soft and you are completely still now gently take a breath in as we count for 3,

1 and hold your breath with softness and with love for 3,

1 and exhale as smoothly as you can for 3,

1 inhale again smoothly and calmly 3,

1 hold your breath 3,

1 and release the breath smoothly as you can 3,

1 hold the breath softly 3,

1 and smoothly release 3,

1 softly breathing calmness into every cell of your body breathing calmness all the way down your legs to your toes breathing calmness all the way down to the tips of your fingers breathing calmness all the way up to the top of your head now imagine wherever you are that this space is filled with light it's light and it's clear and it's bright and it's calm that light is radiating out from your being waves of calmness and light radiating out from the centre of your being and into the space around you allow the light to become brighter and brighter and brighter filling the whole space that you are in and then bringing that light right back into your core,
Into the centre towards your navel,
The Manipura chakra beautiful,
Beaming,
Calming light in your centre now coming back to your day ahead thinking about all of the things that you will do today sending out a beam of calming,
Beautiful light to each of those occurrences today I'll give you a moment one at a time sending light to all of the things or people or events that will come into your awareness today coming back to listening to your heart and your light if your heart,
Your soul could whisper to you now on what it needs and what it wants for your day ahead what would it say right now in this moment?
What would it tell you?
Imagining that light once more radiating out of the front of your body and the back of your body to the left,
To the right the light shining down below your feet and above your head and knowing that any point through your day today you can take a moment to drop back into stillness into calmness,
Moving away from the chaos and back to your light,
Your heart,
Your love and to listen gently now wrap your arms around yourself giving yourself a big loving hug and hold see if you can bring your fingertips all the way back round into your shoulder blades and bringing a smile to your lips good morning I love you I am listening good morning I am taking my light out into this day to be the calm to be the light,
