This is Chelsea Cooper with a meditation for cleansing,
Releasing,
Letting go.
We can feel weighed down,
Overwhelmed,
Crowded when we try and hold on to too much.
You are allowed to shed the layers that are ready to be shed so that you can discover what else is inside of you ready to emerge.
Where are you ready to rise?
How can you create space?
So even if there is an empty space,
It is ready to be filled.
How can you be in that space and lean into that space without fear of the emptiness,
Trusting and surrendering that what is meant to emerge will emerge in its own timing?
So I want you to find yourself in a comfortable position,
Allowing yourself to sink into this time and this space.
Move your body until you can rest and feel supported because you are held.
Gently close your eyes and tune into your breath,
Feeling your own rhythm.
Without trying to control your breath,
Just notice and let it be.
Feel that in the stillness there is movement.
Feel that you are supported with your breath,
The rising and the falling.
Know that you don't have to think about breathing,
You just do it because it is natural.
It is a gift that you were given without having to try,
Without having to earn it.
Just for being you,
You are a gift,
Your breath is a gift.
It is here for you for whenever you need.
It's not asking anything of you.
Just be open to receiving it.
Know that in this moment you are deserving.
Feel grateful for your breath and the life force energy,
That it spreads throughout your body.
And as you're connected to this breath,
To your being,
To the life that is within you,
I want you to imagine that you're on a beach.
Feel the sand beneath your toes.
Look out at the ocean.
Feel how expansive it is.
Connect to this water and know that it is not trying to be anything but what it is.
And yet it is powerful,
Expansive,
Healing and cleansing.
And see yourself beginning to emerge yourself in this ocean,
In this water,
Taking one step after the other,
Feeling the water on your skin,
Slowly emerging yourself deeper and deeper.
Feel the movement of the water all around you.
This healing ocean is holding you.
And whenever you're ready,
Fully immerse yourself in the water,
Allowing it to cleanse you.
And as you rise up,
Feel the water cleansing anything that you are ready to let go of.
Feel the drops of water rolling down your skin,
Dripping off of your head,
Off of your hair,
Dripping off of your shoulders,
Your chest,
Your back,
Rolling down your back,
Taking anything with it that feels heavy,
That is needing to be cleared,
To be recycled back into the water,
Into the healing.
And as this water is dripping off of you,
Say to yourself,
I am cleansing.
I am letting go of.
And feel free to state whatever you are ready to release,
To cleanse,
To let go of.
I am cleansing.
I am releasing.
I am letting go of.
I am cleansing.
I am releasing.
I am letting go of.
I am cleansing.
I am releasing.
I am letting go of.
Breathe into that.
Feel the movement happening within you as you move within this water.
Feel the spaces beginning to build,
The spaces that are opening up for you now in this moment.
Allow any final drops of water drop back into the ocean to be recycled,
Renewed.
Take a deep breath,
Taking in the freshness,
Feeling your essence expand,
Feeling cleansed and renewed,
Feeling the spaces opening up and how expansive that makes you feel.
Thank this ocean for assisting you in cleansing.
And as you begin to walk out of the water back onto the beach,
Feel with each step your power.
I am powerful.
And as you walk with each step,
Feel I am free.
I am expansive.
I am cleansed.
I am rising.
Step out of the water onto the beach,
Just take a moment to stand there,
Feeling your feet in the sand,
Feeling anchored into this moment.
Bring your hands to your stomach.
Feel the power that is in you.
Feel that even though you let go and you cleansed,
That you are whole,
That you came out the other side.
And with letting go and cleansing and releasing,
It can bring up emotions of mourning and grief.
And you are fully capable of moving through those,
Acknowledging and moving through.
And with your hands on your belly,
Feel that.
Feel that whatever emotions arise for me,
I acknowledge,
I feel,
And I move through them.
In my core is this wisdom,
This strength,
This knowing.
And anytime you need a reminder of that,
Bring your hands to your stomach.
Connect to that power,
That wisdom.
Feel what emotions are lying there.
Notice the pain,
The joy,
The loss,
The emptiness,
The rebirth.
Whatever is there for you is perfect.
And you can go deeper into that core and know that you can move through it,
That you rise and come out the other side.
Feel anchored in that knowing.
You may release your hands from your stomach.
Take a moment to thank yourself for being open and willing.
Know that you are a beautiful soul.
Know that you are powerful.
And you may visit this ocean for cleansing at any time that you need.
You are allowed to feel supported.
I am holding space for you.
And I'm going to count us up from one to five,
Bringing us back into this moment,
To this time.

Two,
Feeling open and clear and refreshed.
Three,
Four,
Feeling all of the love and how deserving you are.
Five,
You can move your body in any way that feels good.
Begin to open your eyes and come back to the space.

For your willingness to cleanse,
Release and let go.
