Welcome to this morning meditation for calm energy.
Today is a fresh beginning,
A clean slate and we are going to begin this practice by going inward and focusing our attention on things that nourish,
Calm and inspire.
Taking a moment to find a comfortable position,
Eyes resting gently closed or a soft gaze downward.
Sending a few conscious breaths to your whole body.
Taking a beautiful deep breath in and a slow exhale out.
Just inhaling and exhaling slowly here through the nose.
Taking a moment to imagine a beam of light running through your spine.
This beautiful warm light grounds you down into the earth and ascends upwards towards the sky.
Feeling an openness here at your heart.
Bringing your awareness now to the base of your nostrils.
As we begin this gentle alternate nostril breathing together.
Sensing the nourishing oxygen moving up through your right nostril.
Travelling through the nasal passage to the softness here between your eyebrows.
Then descending down through the left nostril on the exhale.
The pattern of your breath forming this beautiful triangle.
Noticing the air here at the tip of the nose.
Ascending up your right nostril,
Right nasal passage,
Softness between the eyebrows.
Pause.
Descending down the left nasal passage,
Left nostril,
The tip of the nose.
Pause.
Right nostril,
Nasal passage,
Softness between the eyebrows.
Left nasal passage,
Left nostril.
Right nostril,
Nasal passage,
Softness between the eyebrows.
Left nasal passage,
Left nostril.
Pause.
Continue this practice for a few more moments.
Bringing your brain into equilibrium.
Completing one final round here.
And then placing your right hand to rest here on your heart center.
Taking a moment to imagine the rays of the sunlight kissing your skin.
Coming through here into your heart center.
Swirling around the space here at your heart.
Expanding into your chest.
Ascending upwards towards your head,
The crown of your head.
And then moving downwards.
Downwards towards your toes.
The soles of your feet.
The blades of your feet.
The soft skin of your inner arches.
Taking a nourishing breath in.
Imagine your being is filling up with this nourishing warm,
Comforting sunlight.
And it's energizing every cell in your body.
Be aware of the positive vibration here in your body.
Just visualizing the warmth of the sun on your skin.
Tingling your scalp.
Your lips.
Warming your toes.
Introducing your body into this new day.
Now just repeating these intentions inside of your mind.
I feel revitalized.
I feel healthy.
I feel revitalized.
I feel healthy.
I feel revitalized.
And I feel healthy.
Just being here in this space.
Today I feel revitalized.
Today I am alive.
Today my mind is calm.
Today I am open to endless possibilities.
Today I have a smile on my face.
Today I feel joy.
Today I feel at peace.
Today I feel grateful.
My heart is open.
I live with ease.
Today is going to be a beautiful day.
I am strong.
I am happy.
I am grateful.
Allowing these affirmations to sink deeper into your mind.
Permeating through your whole body.

May you be healthy.
May you be happy.
May you live with peace today.
If you truly believe today is a great day,
Today is a beautiful day.
This is the way we change how our brains behave.
And when our minds are opening first thing in the morning,
That's where we have the greatest potential to reclaim our minds and therefore our day and our lives.
Taking a beautiful deep breath in here through the nose.
A slow exhale out of the mouth.
A gentle smile on your lips.
