Good morning.

This is your moment to gently pause and begin the day with calm,

Clarity and intention.

Finding a comfortable position now,

You might choose to sit up,

Your spine tall but relaxed,

Or you may still be lying in bed,

Cosy and warm,

Wherever you are is exactly where you need to be.

If it feels right to you,

Just softly closing down your eyes and let's begin with the breath.

Taking a slow,

Gentle inhale,

Imagine fresh,

Revitalising air flowing in,

Filling you with new energy.

And as you exhale,

Softly release any tension you've been holding onto.

Once more,

Breathing in deeply,

Feeling your chest expand,

Filling your heart space open.

And as you breathe out,

Let your shoulders soften,

Let your jaw relax,

Allow your mind to settle into this moment.

Taking a few more breaths at your own rhythm now,

Each inhale is an invitation to welcome in new energy.

Each exhale is a quiet release,

Letting go of anything you don't need to carry into today.

Now gently bring your awareness to the morning light.

Imagine soft,

Golden sunlight streaming into the room,

A gentle warmth that begins at the top of your head,

Flowing softly down your body,

Melting into your shoulders,

Your chest,

Your arms,

Your belly,

Your hips,

Your legs,

All the way down to the tips of your toes.

With every breath,

This warm light fills you,

Energising every cell,

Awakening your body and nourishing your mind.

Feel the warmth of the sun on your face,

Its gentle rays reminding you,

This is a brand new,

Beautiful day.

Now quietly in your mind,

Repeating these morning intentions after me.

Today I choose to wake up with purpose.

Today I invite joy into my life.

Today I welcome new possibilities.

Take a moment now to let your own personal intention rise naturally,

Whatever feels right for you this morning.

If it feels good to you,

Gently place both your hands here over your heart.

Let your palms sense the quiet rhythm of your heartbeat,

The steady drum of life within your chest.

With each breath,

Feel this connection to yourself,

A living rhythm that supports you,

Moment by moment,

Through the day ahead.

May you move through this day with strength.

May you move through this day with clarity.

May you move through this day with peace.

May you move through this day with joy.

Remember,

Every morning is an invitation to begin again.

When you start your day with mindful presence,

Take one more nourishing breath in here,
