And hello everyone,
Welcome to a new meditation that you can use anytime,
Anyplace,

Doesn't exactly matter.
Just getting you in tune with your breath,
In your body,
In your mind,
And in your soul.
So let's not waste any time,
Like and subscribe to experience more of these types of meditations.
Five minutes.
Let's settle your mind,
Reconnect with your breath,
And return to yourself.
Find a comfortable position,
Sitting tall or laying down.
Gently,
Let your eyes close.
Take a slow breath in through your nose.
And a smooth breath out through your mouth.
Again,
Inhale,
Feeling your chest open.
Exhale,
Releasing any tension you've been carrying.
Let your shoulders soften.
Let your jaw unclench.
Let your mind arrive exactly.
Where your body already is.
Now shift your attention to the natural rhythm of your breathing.
Don't force anything.
Just notice the rise.
And then the fall.
Every inhale brings clarity.
Every exhale brings release.
If a thought pulls you away,
That's okay.
Simply return to the breath as if you're stepping back onto a peaceful path.
Now imagine a warm light at the center of your chest.
With each inhale,
The light grows a little bit brighter.
And with each exhale,
It expands gently throughout your body.
Feel it move into your shoulders,
Down your arms,
Your hands.
Now down your spine,
Your legs.
All the way to your feet.
This light is your calm.
This light is your clarity.
Stay with it.
Now allow a simple phrase to float through your mind.
Like a quiet reminder.
I am here.
I'm grounded?
I am safe.
Repeat it inwardly with each breath.
Let the words settle into your nervous system.
Feel your body steady.
Your mind clear.
Your energy balanced.
Begin to deepen your breathing.
Feel your body waking back up.
Fingers,
Toes,
Shoulders.
Now I want you to take one last intentional inhale.
With the longest,
Gentle exhale,
Breathing out all the air you just inhaled.
And when you're ready,
Softly open your eyes.
Carry this inner calm with you.
Into the rest of your day.
Thank you for taking these minutes for yourself.
