Hello and welcome to a meditation that is simple and will only take five minutes.
So let's relax,
Let's clear your mind.
So find a comfortable place to sit,
Members do not operate any machinery or do any task at this moment.
You can sit on a chair,
Sit on the floor,
Lay on the floor,
Whatever feels best for you.
I want you to rest your hands in your lap and gently close your eyes when you feel comfortable.
Take a slow deep breath through your nose.
Now breathe out gently through your mouth.
Let's do it again.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Relax,
Let your body start to relax even more.
Now let's just breathe normally.
Breathe in through your nose and out through your nose.
Notice how the air feels as it comes in and out of your nose.
If your mind starts to wander,
That's okay.
They are just fleeting thoughts.
Just let those thoughts come into your brain and then gently let go of those thoughts out of your brain.
Just gently bring your attention back to your breath.
Just focus on that breath.
As you breathe,
Notice if you feel any tightness or tension in your body.
If you do,
Imagine sending your breath to that spot,
Letting it soften and relax.
Relax.
Let your shoulders drop.
Let your hands rest.
Let your face relax.
Take another deep breath in and slowly breathe out.
Deep breath in and exhale.
Now let's take one more deep breath in and slowly breathe out.
When you are ready,
Gently open your eyes.
Notice how you feel.
You took five minutes just for you.
And remember,
You can come back to this feeling anytime you need or anytime you want,
No matter how hard life gets,
No matter how hard your day gets.

And come back to this moment.
