Find yourself in a comfortable position.

Relax your entire body and when you find yourself feeling comfortable,

Turn your attention toward your breath.

Inhale and exhale,

Letting everything relax.

Inhale and exhale.

Inhale and exhale.

Inhale and exhale.

Inhale and exhale.

Inhale and exhale.

Continue your breath naturally,

Knowing there's nowhere else you need to be,

Nothing else that needs your attention.

This is just time for you and your breath.

Now we're gonna go on a sensory journey through the pathways of the physical body.

As you hear the different parts of your body mentioned,

Repeat the name of the part silently with all of your awareness into that part of your body and notice the movement from one part to the next.

Keep yourself alert and focused on sensations coming from the body.

Begin with your right thumb.

First finger.

Second finger.

Third finger.

Fourth finger.

Palm of the hand.

Back of the hand.

Wrist.

Forearm.

Elbow.

Upper arm.

Right shoulder.

Armpit.

Chest.

Waist.

Hip.

Buttocks.

Thigh.

Back of thigh.

Knee.

Calf.

Ankle.

Heel.

Sole of the foot.

Top of the foot.

Toes.

Left hand thumb.

Second finger.

Third finger.

Fourth finger.

Palm of the hand.

Back of the hand.

Wrist.

Forearm.

Elbow.

Left shoulder.

Armpit.

Chest.

Waist.

Hip.

Move your awareness to the top of the head.

Forehead.

Right temple.

Right ear.

Left ear.

Nose.

Lips.

Chin.

Throat.

Right collarbone.

Left collarbone.

Right shoulder blade.

Left shoulder blade.

Back of the neck.

Back of the head.

Crown of the head.

Continue to feel the entire body.

And notice that each part of the body feels very heavy and grounded into the earth.

The arms are heavy.

The legs are heavy.

The head is heavy.

The torso is heavy.

The body is feeling so heavy and grounded that you seem to be sinking into the floor.

Take a deep breath in and out.

And think about what do you want.

You're about to send a message to the universe.

Be specific and clear about what you want.

Once you're clear about what you want,

See it.

What would the movie look like?

Notice all your senses and what they would be experiencing.

What would the movie look like?

Now that you know what you want and you can see what it looks like,

You are prepared to make a statement to the universe.

As you state your statement,

You want to see the movie you just created and feel what it would feel like as if you had that right now.

This is not something you're wishing for.

This is something you already have.

Believe that you have it.

Feel that you have it.

Let the universe know why you are so happy and grateful now.

Connect what you want.

See what you want.
