Welcome.
Thank you for joining me today.
We're going to take a journey today to a place where you can feel perfectly safe.
Safe in mind,
Safe in body,
Safe in spirit.
To begin,
Make sure you're in a comfortable space where you can relax completely.
Take a moment to get yourself comfortable and close your eyes.
I'd like you to notice your body,
Checking in,
Starting at the feet,
And moving up towards the head.
Noticing any places of tension,
Any places of gripping,
And breathe into those spaces and allow them to relax.
Also noticing your mind,
Noticing how busy or how calm it may be today,
And allowing it to be,
And allowing it to relax.
Remembering that you are the sky and your thoughts are the clouds.
You can simply watch them pass by.
Don't have to attach to them,
Don't have to engage them,
Don't have to judge them.
Just let them be what they are.
Breathing in and out through your nose,
If that's available to you.
Softening into this moment,
Focusing on the breath.
Allowing the things of the day to step aside,
To make space for this present moment.
I'd like you to imagine in your mind's eye that there's a magic carpet right in front of you.
And this magic carpet is your transportation to a place where you can relax,
Feel safe,
And listen to your intuition.
See yourself now,
Stepping onto this carpet,
Knowing that you will be safe on this ride.
Notice what it's like to sit on the carpet.
Are you sitting on the carpet?
Is there a chair?
Are you laying on your back or your belly?
How do you want to ride?
Now this carpet can take you to a place in your imagination,
Someplace you've dreamed of.
It could take you to a real place,
A real place where you feel safe.
Wherever you want to go,
Imagine that this carpet is lifting up off the ground and it's starting to take you wherever you can dream of in your imagination.
Remember to continue focusing on your breath,
Allowing the body to be relaxed,
Knowing that you are in control of this ride.
That this ride is for you,
And you can change it at any time.
So you're on your way.
You can feel the breeze on your face as you travel on your carpet.
Imagining where it's taking you to.
And seeing yourself arrive there,
Gently landing on the floor,
Stepping off of your carpet.
Noticing where you are.
It could be a place that's familiar to you,
A place where you've always found respite.
It could be a place of imagination.
Any place where you know that you can relax,
Be present,
And feel completely safe in mind and body and spirit.
Begin by noticing what's around you.
Take a visual tour of your space.
What do you see?
How do you know that this place is just for you?
That you can be here and relax.
Is there nature?
Is there comfort?
Are you alone?
Is there other people present?
Now finding a place in this space to sit or lay down.
Some place that looks very welcoming.
Some place that will embrace you and make you feel comfortable.
Maybe you're on the beach.
Maybe it's a specific couch or chair.
Or maybe you're sitting by a stream in the forest.
Let it be your own,
Whatever it is.
Make yourself comfortable in this space.
Checking in with your body.
Continuing your breaths in and out through your nose.
Checking for any tension.
Checking for gripping and relaxing it.
Breathing into it.
Relaxing in your space.
You've taken a visual tour.
Now I'd like you to notice what you hear in this space.
What do you hear that lets you know you're safe here?
Are there sounds of nature?
Are there sounds of people?
Noticing now also what you can smell.
Breathing in the aroma of what's around you.
What does it remind you of?
How do you know that this is your space?
What can you feel in this space?
What can you touch with your hands and your body?
And what can you feel on your skin?
What's the temperature around you?
Are you snuggled up,
Cozy?
Are you in water?
Are you laying in the sand?
Can you feel a warm fire?
Taking in all the sensory input of this safe space.
And as you do so,
Relaxing a little more.
Allowing all your senses to be engaged in a relaxed,
Comfortable way.
This is your space.
You can do what you like in this space.
This is a place to come to when you feel anxious.
A place to come to if you've been upset physically.
A place to come to when your mind is busy and you need to relax and let go.
This is a place where you can invite people in,
In your mind,
And have conversations with them that you like to practice or things that you might want to say to them.
This is a space where you can be present and listen for your own highest self,
Your own intuition.
So taking a few moments here to breathe and be at peace in this space.
Just listening for anything that might be of importance.
Noticing your body.
Checking in,
Checking for tension,
Checking for gripping.
Focusing again on your breath.
Looking back,
Small differences between your brain and your brain are two LIVEbornmore than you would initially imagine.

This is a space that you can return to at any time.
Take a moment again to notice the details of this place that you're in.
Take a moment to notice how your body is feeling,
How your mind is feeling,
How your spirit is feeling.
Noticing any sensations that you may have.
And then,
Noticing again that your magic carpet has returned.
This is your transportation back to your day,
Back to the current space that you're living in.
When you're ready,
Go ahead and step back on it and get yourself comfortable and secure.
And imagine that it's bringing you back,
Back to this day.
And when you return,
You can open your eyes,
Begin to move your body,
And bring your awareness back to the room that you're in.
Noticing your body,
Exploring the way that you want to come back into your day.
Remembering that you can come here at any time,
For any reason.
