Do you sense something is off in a relationship, habit, job, project, or anything else, but you're not sure what to do? Whether it's a clean break (or just a new way of engaging) that wants to emerge in some part of our life, we can help our path unfold with more ease by listening & responding to the signals of the body and soul. This audio is a loving nudge to help you do that. For extra clarity, try journaling after listening. Here are some questions you might like to explore… - What feelings, sensations, and thoughts am I noticing? - What wants to fall away? - What wants to emerge in its place? - What fears are causing me to hesitate from taking action? - What can support me to feel safe and trust the unfolding? Wishing you peace on your path. Rachael

If something feels off to you,

It's probably not in alignment with who you are or who you are becoming.

And that feeling of feeling off is a sign pointing to a shift,

A change,

A letting go.

And the key here when we feel this sense that something is off is that we respect that feeling,

That we don't force ourselves to continue down the same road because of logic.

So if there is something in your life,

Whether it's a job,

A relationship,

A friendship,

Whatever it is that you are sensing a feeling of this doesn't feel good or this doesn't feel right,

I encourage you to not try and convince yourself that it's in alignment or that it makes sense.

Like it doesn't feel good but.

.

.

And then coming up with these logical reasons why it's technically a good thing that you should continue with.

And I think this can sometimes happen with things that were in alignment once and maybe the brain is kind of clinging to this sense of,

But it is in alignment with my values or whatever.

And the truth is that some things come into our lives because yes they are aligned for us and for our growth and aligned to our expansion journey,

Our higher self at that specific time.

So maybe they help us to see certain things and experience certain things that help us to grow,

That help us to expand.

Maybe even they bring a sense of joy in that moment,

In that specific point in time.

But nothing is permanent,

Literally nothing,

And nor is it meant to be.

So if something came into your life that felt really good at the time,

That felt like a blessing,

It can still have been a blessing and still not be right anymore.

So I think we can get into this mindset of subconsciously expecting something to be forever and expecting if something was good once it's going to be good forever or it should be good forever.

But that's actually not true.

So things are continuously coming together and falling away,

Coming together,

Falling away,

Coming together,

Falling away.

It's like when the tide comes in it goes back out again.

It's just this dynamic movement that is happening from the micro to the macro.

So for example,

If you think of an object that's solid,

That looks solid,

Any object that you're looking at right now,

It appears to be solid,

But at the subatomic level there's a lot of movement,

There's a lot of space between matter,

Between atoms,

And that thing is disintegrating before your eyes,

It's just you can't see it.

So this thing that you're holding or looking at,

In 10 years,

20 years,

1,

000 years,

It's not going to be there and it's not that it just boom,

Suddenly vanished in one moment,

It was always vanishing.

So things are always changing and nothing is meant to be permanent and that's really just a fact of life.

So it's okay that things aren't permanent,

It's okay to say yes to the ending of something.

Or if you feel like actually it's not necessarily an ending but maybe an invitation for the ending of an old way of,

For example,

Communicating,

So it's an invitation to engage with whatever it is,

Whether it's a habit or a person or a job,

Engaging in a new way.

So know when it's time to move on.

Your body is really skilled at giving you those nudges when something isn't right or isn't right anymore.

Stop invalidating your feelings through logic.

And know that this is actually your path,

Not clinging on to something because of the way your mind is perceiving it,

But listening to your intuition,

Listening to your gut,

Following the whispers of your soul that are guiding you through how you feel.

So let go of what's not in alignment anymore,

Knowing that it's not a failure,

It just is.

And as you do that you're going to energetically make room for what is in alignment with the of this particular moment in time.
