This time is set aside just for you.

Allow yourself to find a comfortable position,

Whatever feels the best to you.

Allow yourself to gently just for this little time and space.

And as you release and relax,

Allow yourself to think only of being restored to wholeness.

As you drift into that wonderful,

Pleasant place of relaxation,

Just allow any sound around you to drift gently into the background.

Any thoughts other than relaxation,

Just let them come and pass.

And anytime you find your mind wandering,

Simply bring it back and focus your attention on that.

And you'll drift a little more deeply each time.

Imagine that it's a perfect and pleasant day,

The air is stretched between two trees.

You can see the sunlight coming down through the leaves of the trees.

And you can see the limbs of the trees as they sway back and forth.

As you sway,

You are feeling more.

It feels so satisfying just to relax.

This little space of time to rejuvenate.

You are feeling so soothed and relaxed.

This wonderful feeling of relaxation and satisfaction.

Anytime you need to,

You'll be able to find it again easily.

Anytime you need to.

You are a person that easily and effortlessly moves into a good feeling.

It's easier and easier for you to feel uplifted and satisfied.

And you'll find that it's very easy to manage your thoughts about each situation.

That you're able to easily pivot to better and better feeling thoughts as you move through your day.

You take the opportunity to notice that your mood,

Vibration,

And emotional state tend to remain positive during the day.

And you notice that it seems easier and easier to choose thoughts that lead to higher vibration emotions.

And that exercising this easy control helps you to remain in a state of calm contentment.

Susceptible to the incoming messages and moods of others.

And can maintain a steady and high vibration most of the time.

You are feeling in control of your experience and things you're taking.

Notice that it all seems to be unfolding perfectly for you.

In the scheme of the perfection in your life,

You'll be able to immerse yourself in a place of rest,

Back into greater awareness once again.

Notice as you begin to feel more,

You feel light,

Eager,

And invigorated.

As you look forward to coming back into your day,

New energy,

A renewed sense of calm,

High vibration,

And a positive outlook for the rest of the day.

Slowly,

Easily returning to your full awareness once again.

Feeling refreshed and excited and ready to come back into your day.

Relax,

Sit down,

And stretch.
