Allow yourself to set aside this little space of time just for you.

Allow yourself to find a comfortable position,

Whatever feels the best to you.

Allow yourself to think only of rest and relaxation and any sound about the room you are in other than my voice.

Just let it drift into the background and any thoughts other than relaxation that come about.

Just let them come and pass,

Allowing any thoughts or sounds to float by like clouds in the sky.

As you drift into a wonderful,

Pleasant place of relaxation,

Just let yourself go.

Anytime you find your mind wandering around,

Simply bring it back,

Focus your attention on my voice,

And you'll drift a little more deeply each time.

Now imagine that it's a perfect and pleasant day and you're lying on a very comfortable hammock stretched between two trees.

You can see the sunlight coming down through the leaves of the trees,

And you can see the limbs of the trees as they sway back and forth in the gentle breeze.

As you sway gently back and forth,

Allow yourself to notice how wonderfully satisfying it is just to relax and observe the gentle breeze and the warm sunlight.

It really feels like enough just to have this little time and space to relax,

Feeling so satisfied.

So satisfied and soothed and relaxed,

And you know you can return to this feeling of satisfaction anytime you need to.

You'll be able to find it again easily anytime you need to.

And now allow your attention to shift to those feelings of satisfaction and joy that are bubbling from within.

As you notice you are feeling more and more at ease and relaxed,

Notice the feeling of gentle excitement dwelling within you as you contemplate the beautiful trees and the sunlight and the gentle feeling in the air around you.

You notice that you are feeling so wonderfully good and everything around you seems to be infused with beauty,

Abundance,

And joy.

You notice that the world all around you seems to pulse with a calm excitement.

Just being,

Just existing.

Feel the same sense of calm excitement moving through you as you become more and more aware of how wonderful you are and how worthy you are and how good you are feeling.

Knowing that you deserve all of the good things.

You are a person that easily and effortlessly finds a high vibration and you notice that it's easier and easier for you to feel uplifted and satisfied at the start of each new day.

You take the opportunity to notice that each day feels better and better and you feel more and more uplifted,

Satisfied,

Content,

And eager about all of the beautiful things unfolding for you and all of the wonderful things you are creating.

As you feel more and more confident and in control of the direction things are taking,

You notice that it all seems to be unfolding perfectly just for you in the grand scheme of the perfection in your life.

Now allow yourself to slowly,

Gently,

Easily emerge from this place of rest into greater awareness once again.

You notice as you begin to feel more alert and aware that your body feels invigorated and your mind is at ease and you feel light,

Eager,

And rejuvenated.

You are looking forward to moving into your day with ease,

Abundant energy,

A high vibration,

And a positive expectation for how your day will go.

Slowly,

Calmly,

Easily now returning to full awareness once again,

You're feeling refreshed and excited and eager to move into this brand new beautiful day.

Becoming more aware,

More alert,

Moving into full awareness now.

Allow your eyes to open,

Gently wiggle your fingers and toes.

Take a good deep breath,

Fill your lungs and stretch.
