Luminary Music For Yoga, Focus, Mindfulness
This hour-long track is a series of ten pieces of music that gradually change over time. The music is meant to keep you present and focused. It exists of a piano, voice (hums and breath) and a bell, nothing else. The music was produced and designed to keep your energy moving through your body, to meet you where you may be emotionally (whether sad, excited, happy or hopeless) and take you to a new place of happiness and calm.
