Welcome.

Let's raise our vibration in our sacral chakra together.

Hi,

I'm Kaylin,

And I'll be breathing with you today.

Find your space,

Sitting or lying and just close your eyes.

I'm going to begin with a few deep breaths.

Just inhale slowly through your nose,

Letting your lungs fill with fresh air,

And exhale softly through your mouth,

Releasing any tension in the body.

Today,

We activate the sacral chakra.

Our sense of worth,

Our passion,

Our inspiration.

So allow yourself to fully arrive in the present moment,

Feeling calm and open to receive.

Take a deep breath.

Inhale,

Imagining a beautiful orange orb just below your navel.

Inhale and exhale with the breath.

It ignites.

This warm,

Glowing orange sphere is light.

Soft,

Vibrant,

Full of creative energy.

And as you breathe,

Visualize this orange light growing brighter and more powerful.

The belly inhales and exhales warmth,

Creativity,

And passion.

Let's draw energy into this area.

Pull all of your attention and awareness there,

And then expand it out,

Activating this area and that orange orb going all the way from inside to your six-foot bubble outside.

A quick expansion.

And you feel that warm orange bubble around you.

And as you exhale each breath,

You're releasing shame,

Guilt,

Any blockages.

We are here to express our creative nature.

You are a creative being.

And so we ask our sacral chakra,

Allow me to ignite.

Allow this energy to fill me with vitality,

Confidence,

And inner joy.

Let me flow freely without resistance,

Just like water flowing in a river,

Gentle and full of life.

And so we breathe and affirm together out loud,

I embrace my creativity.

I allow myself to be passionate.

I am worthy of pleasure and joy.

I honor my emotions and allow them to flow freely.

I'm in touch with my desires,

And I trust the natural flow of my creativity.

Feel these words in your body.

Pleasure,

Desire,

Creativity,

Joy.

Unlock your sacral chakra and invite them in.

Liberate.

This is emotional freedom.

Stay here in this orange warm bubble of creativity and allow it to consume you.

Let yourself glow with the aura of vitality.

This is freedom for every part of you.

It expands to every chakra,

Opening,

Balancing,

Inviting you in.

Let's seal this energy in with one final deep breath,

Taking it all the way in,

All the way to the top,

And then sipping even more,

Pulling that vibrant energy in and asking for it to stay with us.

Feel the radiance of your sacral chakra as you hold the breath fully activated,

Bringing you into alignment with your creativity,

Sensuality,

And emotional power.

And breathe out the rest.
