Imagine yourself in a peaceful,
Serene forest,
Surrounded by tall,
Beautiful trees whose leaves gently rustle in the breeze.
The air is cool,
But you feel safe and grounded as you walk along a soft,
Dirt path.
With each breath,
Your body relaxes more.
With each step,
Your mind begins to quiet.
As you continue walking,
You begin to notice the warm glow of a campfire up ahead.
The crackling sound of the flames reaches your ears,
And you can see the flickering light dancing against the darkness.
You feel drawn to it,
The warmth inviting you in,
Offering a sense of safety,
Peace,
And release.
You approach the fire slowly and find a comfortable spot beside it,
The heat radiating towards you,
The fire mesmerizing,
Its flames reaching up towards the sky,
Swirling and shifting.
Now take a moment to acknowledge the things that have been weighing you down,
Those worries,
Fears,
Anxieties that you've been carrying around.
Just allow them to come to the surface without judgment.
And in your mind's eye,
Imagine you're holding a piece of paper and a pen.
And with each breath you take,
You write down one worry at a time.
So take a deep breath in now,
Write down all that's troubling you,
And exhale,
Release.
When you finish writing,
Take a moment to just breathe,
Allowing the weight of that worry to settle into the paper.
Acknowledge it.
This is your moment to feel it fully.
As you hold the piece of paper in your hands,
Feel the weight of it.
And take a deep breath in,
And release it fully.
And when you're ready,
Step closer to the fire.
The flames are inviting,
Warm,
And alive with energy.
And in this moment,
Imagine that the fire represents transformation.
It holds the power to release and renew.
And slowly,
You hold your piece of paper out to the fire.
Allow the flames to reach it,
An offering.
And as you toss it into the fire,
Watch as the paper catches the edges,
Curling,
Blackening.
You feel a sense of release,
Relief,
As the paper burns away,
The worry dissolving in the heat of the flames.
Take a deep breath in,
And release it slowly,
Watching the worry evaporate into the air,
Into the ashes,
Dust to dust.
And now,
You pick up the second piece of paper.
Take a deep breath in,
And as you really breathe,
You feel this already releasing,
Knowing you no longer need to carry it.
And this time,
You throw it into the fire with confidence.
And it ignites,
Ready to be released.
And you feel it immediately in your shoulders,
In your jaw,
The unleashing of this worry.
And you breathe in,
Feeling that weight lifted,
And out,
Knowing it is recycled back to the earth.
And you look down and see your last piece of paper.
It seems so small now,
Such a small thing you've been carrying for so long,
And it seems so easy to throw it right into the fire along with the rest.
And you watch as your worry burns away,
Melting,
The fire holding space for all that no longer serves you,
Transforming it into lightness,
Freedom,
And peace.
Finally,
Peace in your heart,
In your soul.
You watch as the worries burn away in the fire,
Taking a few moments to sit with the calm,
The quiet,
And the release you've just created.
The air feels fresher,
The world around you feels softer,
And the fire has cleared away the weight of our burdens.
And you inhale,
Imagining you are drawing in that peace and clarity,
Sealing it in.
And you exhale,
Letting go of any remaining tension,
Letting it dissolve into the air and dust around you.
And take a breath for gratitude here for this release,
For the fire,
For the ability to let go,
And for the reminder that you can always return to this peaceful place when you need to shed the weight of your worries.
You are released,
And now you are free.
And so it is.
Thank you.
