In this chakra-balancing meditation, we will focus on deep breathing into each of the seven chakras, repeating a unique affirmation for each to help harmonize and balance them. This daily practice is designed to open, align, and bless the body's energy centers for overall balance. I personally do this before my morning yoga or walk to align my energy with the day ahead. It takes less than 4 minutes, yet has a powerful impact.

Let's breathe together.

Take a deep breath in to the root chakra,

Base of your spine,

And hold.

Repeat,

I am safe in my body and in my world.

And breathe all the way out.

Breathe in,

Sacral,

Just below your navel.

I embrace my creativity and allow my emotions to flow freely.

Breathe out.

Breathe in,

Solar plexus just above your navel.

I am confident and worthy of pursuing my dreams with courage.

Breathe out.

Breathe in,

Heart chakra,

Center of your chest.

I open my heart to love and compassion,

Both for myself and others.

Breathe out.

Breathe in,

The throat chakra,

Center of your throat.

I express my truth clearly and confidently,

And my voice is heard.

Breathe out.

Breathe in to the third eye chakra,

Center of your brow.

I trust my intuition and inner wisdom to guide me on my path.

Breathe out.

Breathe in to the crown chakra,

Top of your head.

I am connected to the universe and embrace my spiritual journey.

Breathe out.

I am grateful for all that I am,

All that I have,

And all that I will become.

And so it is.
