
7 Breaths, 7 Chakra Affirmations

In this chakra-balancing meditation, we will focus on deep breathing into each of the seven chakras, repeating a unique affirmation for each to help harmonize and balance them. This daily practice is designed to open, align, and bless the body's energy centers for overall balance. I personally do this before my morning yoga or walk to align my energy with the day ahead. It takes less than 4 minutes, yet has a powerful impact.
