Manifest a healthier and happier self through your thoughts. The power of intention and affirmation are used in this guided visualization to bring you into a space of abundant health, the ideal version of yourself. To assist you in the process of quitting smoking, we begin by first seeing what that looks like for you, seeing and feeling the benefits in your mind. Once your mind has accepted these truths, the body can easily follow suit. The energy of our thoughts is palpable, it creates our reality. By focusing on health and abundance you begin to create and manifest true wellness.

Transcript

Allow deep and gentle,

Slow breaths to flow down your spine and into your abdomen as you inhale.

As you exhale,

Feel it flowing up your spine and releasing through the top of your head.

Relax the muscles of your face.

Let a softness touch your eyes and your jaw.

Sending this relaxation as a wave down your neck,

Your shoulders and your whole body,

Extending all the way down to your toe.

Fully relaxed,

Tension free.

And this softness penetrates your mind,

Allowing a calmness of your thoughts as they settle and create an openness.

Envision yourself standing in front of you as if looking in a full length body mirror.

However,

Seeing the image of yourself before you as you wish yourself to be.

Non-smoking and self nourishing.

Do you look and feel healthier?

Is your skin more vibrant?

Does your breath flow freely?

Do you appear to be happier?

And do you look more at peace?

Are you able to be more physically active?

And how is your self esteem?

Looking upon this ideal version of yourself,

Allow the real you in this moment to feel these same sensations of health and well being in your body now.

Feeling it in your mind,

In your organs and blood,

Down to your bones.

Sensation of pure health.

Feeling a peacefulness in your mind.

Feeling empowered.

Feeling self confidence.

Feeling balanced and nourished.

Feeling this healthier and happier self through your thoughts.

Allow your thoughts to reflect only what you wish to create.

If you wish to create health,

See yourself healthy,

Nourish your healthy thoughts.

When the thought of guilt or negativity arises,

Allow it to gently pass like an ocean wave.

Feed yourself and your soul positivity by nourishing your mind with positive thoughts.

You are at peace.

You are full of joy.

And you are composed of love.

Coming back to the awareness of your breath,

Extending your breath down into your abdomen and releasing gently up your spine and out the top of your head.

Feeling very aware of this moment and where you are.

Knowing you can access this place within you of positivity and of peace of all times.

Great idea. I quit in January after an accident and requiring complicated surgery. It’s difficult to stay stopped, I can say as an expert. Insidious drug. Good luck to all. It doesn’t particularly work well with breathing. It’s lovely taking a long, clean, deep fresh air breath in. 🙏
