Let's work on bringing in a feeling of safety and security from within. When our sense of security is taken away from us, anxiety and panic may set in. It is difficult to be present, to practice self care and to hold gratitude when we are being pulled into the chaos of our environment. Whether that’s world events, problems with our health, family struggles, or uncertainty with work and our home. These fears are all external, and can create deep inner turmoil that pulls us away from calmness. What if we could access inner calmness, amongst outer chaos? We can! This scan is taken a few steps further than a traditional body scan, as I have brought in energy work, and positive intentions.
