So today I have a tip for you in how you can change your thought patterns.
So we all have those ruminating thoughts that go through our mind at times and they get stuck.
So the first thing I'd like you to do is when there's a thought going through your mind,
Such as I'm not good enough,
I'd like you to ask yourself.
Well,
How is that true?
Where is that evident in my life?
And you may come up with all these thoughts about where you're not good enough in life.
Then I want you to flip the script and I want you to consider all the times you were good enough.
And I guarantee there'll be times in your life when things have gone well.
So bring those to mind.
Then I want you to create an affirmation,
A new thought that you want to implant into your mind.
Something like,
I am good enough,
I am worthy.
And then when you have that affirmation,
We're going to tap on each side of them.
The ears.
Now please only do this if it's safe for you.
If you've got a headache or if you suffer from seizures,
Don't do that.
You can hold the points instead.
Otherwise,
Just give this a tap.
Move your eyes around clockwise.
And say the affirmation,
I am worthy.
I am worthy.
I am worthy.
And continue until your eyes feel smooth or for about a minute.
And you can do that every day.
And what that does,
It's like you're implanting the new thought into your mind and your eyes are also helping you implant that thought because when our eyes are jumpy,
It means there's a stress in our brain.
So give that a go.
