Okay,
The tips today are all about boosting your brain.
Who doesn't want a little bit more brain power?
So these activities come from Brain Gym and Kinesiology.
The first one is called Brain Buttons,
And what we do is we place one hand on our belly,
And the other one,
We're just rubbing the pressure points just below your collarbone.
And on either side of your sternum.
So giving these a rub,
Now they may be a little tender.
And while you're doing that,
Tracking your eyes from side to side.
And noticing how smooth it feels.
And this actually helps with our ability to read and take in information because when we're reading,
Our eyes are tracking.
And then swapping hands.
So that's the first one.
The next one is helping our brain in terms of the up-down parts of our brain.
So we have the newer part of our brain up here.
We have the older part of our brain,
The reptilian brain lower down.
We want those parts of the brain to communicate better or more clearly.
So we place our hand on our belly and we rub.
So rubbing here under the chin or on the chin under the mouth and above the mouth.
And in this time,
We're running our eyes up and down.
And then swapping hands.
And that is a great way to boost your brain power in the morning so that your brain can take in the information around you and you can articulate and communicate better with those around you.
So give that a go.
