Here is a meditation to help you reconnect with the inner you and help you to level up in life.
So I want you to close your eyes and allow your body to relax,
Knowing that you are safe and protected at all times.
So begin by taking in three deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.
As you exhale,
Imagine any stress or tension leaving your body.
As you continue to breathe in and out,
Feel the calm and relaxation showering your head,
Allowing any tightness from your head and your neck to disappear.
And now feeling this tension release from your shoulders and your arms as your hands and fingers relax.
As you continue to breathe in and out,
Allowing this sense of calm to travel down your spine,
Embracing your back,
Your stomach and your hips as they all relax.
Allowing this release now to remove any tightness from your thighs and your calves as your feet and toes relax.
Feeling yourself as light as a feather,
Feeling yourself free and feeling the peace,
The freedom and the lightness that this relaxation sensation brings.
And then seeing yourself in a beautiful garden.
This is your personal garden,
A place you can go to at any time to relax,
Restore and reconnect.
So spend a few moments just exploring your garden,
Noticing if anything draws your attention.
As you look around,
You notice that there is a mountain in the distance.
We are going to travel to that mountain today.
You start to walk towards the mountain,
Enjoying the beautiful soft breeze and the glorious sun overhead.
It's a lovely day and you feel happy to be alive.
You reach your mountain and you see that there is a door at the base of the mountain.
You know that by entering this door,
You are going to go deep within to reconnect with who you are.
You open the door,
Walk in and close the door behind you.
There is a hallway that is fully lit and at the end there is a room.
You walk down this hallway towards the room.
And when you reach the room,
You notice that this room is filled with all the things that bring you joy and all the things that make you who you are.
You spend a few moments exploring this room,
Reconnecting with parts of yourself that you may have forgotten about.
After a while,
You feel drawn to an item or a memory or a feeling in this room.
This thing is something that you need to bring back into your life.
You pick it up and you notice that there is an elevator to one side.
You go towards the elevator and notice the door opens for you immediately.
You step in and the doors close as the elevator travels up towards the peak of the mountain.
You reach the peak and the doors open.
You step out,
Feeling entirely safe in this environment.
Looking around you notice that you have a new,
Higher perspective on why this item called to you today.
And you spend some time just observing what it is you need to do or how you can implement this into your life more.
Here is my presentation Now that you've gathered all the information that you need,
You walk back to your elevator,
Step in and the doors close.
The elevator travels back down to the room where you came from.
The doors open and you step out into the room.
You hold onto the item or the feeling that you had taken and place it in your heart,
Knowing that it is now time to bring this into your conscious life.
You walk down the hallway towards the door,
Opening the door and stepping out into the glorious sunlight,
Closing the door behind you.
And then you walk back to your beautiful garden.
Once you get to the garden,
You spend a few more moments just remembering everything that you saw when you were on the top of your mountain.
This higher perspective,
This new way of looking at your life.
And then when you're ready,
Bringing your awareness back into the room you are in and into your body.
Wiggling your fingers and your toes and taking in three deep,
Grounding and energizing breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.
And then opening your eyes when you feel ready.
