Closing your eyes and allowing your body to relax.
Knowing that you are safe and protected at all times.
Begin by taking in three deep relaxing breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.
As you exhale allowing any stress or tension to leave your body.
As you continue to breathe in and out allowing calm and relaxation to shower your head.
Allowing any tightness from your head and your neck to disappear.
Now releasing any tension from your shoulders and your arms as your hands and fingers relax.
As you continue to breathe in and out allowing this sense of calm to travel down your spine,
Embracing your back,
Your stomach and your hips as they all relax.
And now allowing this release to remove any tightness from your thighs and your calves as your feet and toes relax.
Feeling yourself embraced in ultimate peace and feeling as light as a feather.
Now seeing yourself in your special place,
A garden,
A beach or another sacred space that feels special for you.
This is your personal sacred oasis,
A place you can go to at any time for peace,
Relaxation and to connect with your inner self.
Noticing how this space feels today and becoming aware of anything that draws your attention.
Today we are off to the auditorium.
You follow your path to a large building and walk to the door.
Once you get to the door you notice what kind of door this is and become aware of any markings on your door.
You open your door and walk through closing it behind you.
You enter a large room with hundreds of chairs and an elevated stage.
You walk to find a seat and notice where you choose to sit.
You look at the stage and there is a microphone in the middle of the stage as well as a pale blue light lighting the area.
A drama begins to play out with characters or actors that you know.
This drama represents a pattern in your life that requires healing.
I will leave you here now for a few moments as you watch the drama play out.
As the scene ends you know that you have the infinite wisdom to heal this drama.
You share this wisdom with the characters and then you allow the characters to integrate this new knowledge and watch as the drama is resolved.
Feeling empowered with this healing you stand up and walk to the stage.
You step up to the microphone and you now notice there are people in your audience.
Notice who is there to watch you.
With clarity and confidence you share something with your audience.
It could be anything you wish you could have said in the past or wish to say now.
You feel your words being accepted by those watching.
And now thanking your audience for listening you walk back towards your door.
You open it,
Walk through and close it behind you.
There is a gift waiting for you outside.
You pick it up and if it's a box you open it.
You walk back down your path to your sacred space and spend a few moments reflecting on what you just saw and what you said.
You then turn your attention to your sacred space becoming aware of any changes with this new healing.
And then slowly bringing awareness back into the room you are in,
Back into your body.
Slowly stretching as you take in three deep grounding and awakening breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Wiggling your fingers and your toes and opening your eyes when you're ready.
