Transcript

So in your posture of practice,

Find equal weight on both sides of the body.

And then lengthen up from the hips all the way through the spine to the back of the neck and the top of the head and upwards.

So whether you're seated or laying down,

You can really extend through the spine to create some more spaciousness and also help to align the energy body.

So all of the energy centers that are quite close to or in line with the spine.

Roll your shoulders back and down.

So if you're laying,

You can tuck your shoulder blades under if seated.

Just roll them down your back.

And then from the top of the head upward and then tuck the chin slightly softening into the jaw.

And if it's available for you,

You can close your eyes or soften your gaze and start to turn inward.

So starting to shift your focus,

Your intention,

Your awareness inward.

In this space of presence,

Locate your breath.

So watch the natural breath rhythm as it flows in and out of your body.

Notice where you feel your in breath.

Do you feel it more in the throat or the chest,

The belly,

Your skin,

Maybe even your head?

Where do you notice the in breath most?

And as you exhale,

Where does it feel that your breath is leaving your body?

Is it coming up to exit out your mouth or your nose or does it feel like it almost dissipates out your chest or your belly?

Or again,

Your skin or head?

Just taking notice of where you are in this moment without judgment and with a heart full of compassion as you witness knowing that this powerful shift into the seat of the witness is what it means to be mindful,

What it means to be aware.

Now starting to engage the breath.

So breathing a little bit more deeply in now through your nose,

All the way down through your chest and filling your belly.

And as you exhale,

Release out your mouth and soften the belly.

Let it be a gentle sigh,

An easy release.

And then breathe in again through the nose,

Filling the belly.

Exhale let it go.

Let's do this for a few more rounds.

Inhale deeply in through the nose,

Fill the belly.

Exhale let it go,

Let it soften.

More like this.

And we'll continue breathing deeply in through the nose and this time focus your attention on your heart space.

So as you breathe in,

Fill your heart space with energy,

With love,

With kindness,

With compassion.

And as you exhale,

Surrender to this experience of compassion,

Of love,

Grace,

Of kindness.

Every inhale you fill your heart space with unconditional love.

And every exhale you soften into the experience,

Into the gift of unconditional love.

And this gift is not something that you need to earn.

Rather it is a gift that you come into this life with.

It is your birthright.

And so when you tap into this experience of unconditional love,

It is simply a remembering.

Remembering of who you are.

Remembering who you came here to be.

So often in our lived experience we find that we're limited in choice because we forget that we are love.

This is our gift in this life.

And so we begin this practice by remembering,

By setting the intention and the tone of the practice as unconditional love.

Keep breathing into your heart space to amplify the experience of unconditional love.

And now as you exhale,

Start to feel this unconditional love ripple out from your heart space to fill your entire body.

So every inhale amplifies the experience of unconditional love.

And every exhale sees this unconditional love spread out in all directions,

Slowly,

Intentionally filling your body.

Allow every cell,

Every tissue,

Every space within your body to be bathed,

To be filled with this energy of unconditional love.

Feel the warmth of it,

Feel the lightness.

Feel the expansiveness of it.

And for the rest of the practice,

We'll continue with this heart focused breathing.

So that anytime you feel that your breathing has become shallow,

Simply return to the heart and breathe in through the nose and fill the heart space with unconditional love.

Now in your mind's eye,

See before you a path,

A path that leads into a beautiful,

Vibrant forest,

A stand of trees that is gently swaying in a warm breeze.

And as you look upon this path,

See beauty,

See light,

See possibility.

You can feel the welcoming nature of this path and so you begin to step forward onto it.

And as you do,

The stones beneath your feet light up with a golden glow,

Welcoming you forward.

Feel that unconditional love again within you now radiating out of your feet and being returned by this energy of the path,

The energy of the guidance that is drawing you forward.

Allow yourself to be drawn forward on the path towards the stand of trees.

As you walk forward with every intentional step,

See beauty around you.

Notice all of the beauty that you are surrounded by.

Notice butterflies flitting around you,

Perhaps landing on your shoulders.

Notice vibrant blades of grass,

Flowers coming out of the underbrush.

Notice the different textures of the trees,

The smoothness of some and the roughness of others.

Notice spaces of soft moss.

Allow your dreamer to notice the beauty that surrounds you.

Perhaps there's pools of water or light streaming in through the trees.

Notice the leaves or the needles are vibrant and alive.

You notice birds singing.

Allow the path to continue to draw you forward.

Ahead of you,

You start to notice that there is an opening and in that opening is a small pond,

A pool of water.

As you draw closer to the pool of water,

You witness,

You experience a shimmering,

A vibration,

A subtle resonance that is drawing you closer yet.

As you near the edge of the pool,

You feel yourself being drawn down to the earth,

Sitting on the earth so that you can get a closer look at the surface of this pool that appears as though it is glass,

So reflective it is.

As you peer into the surface of this pool,

Reflecting back to you is your own beautiful,

Radiant face.

You look upon yourself with kindness,

With compassion,

With the same quality of unconditional love.

You feel drawn to ask a question of yourself,

A question regarding something that has been troubling you,

Something that has been creating challenge in your experience,

A choice that you are being called to make.

Perhaps up until this moment,

You've struggled to make that choice,

You've struggled to see possibility.

As this question,

This choice becomes clear to you,

You notice that the surface of the water is no longer glass,

But you peer into the depths now of the pool.

In the depths,

You notice that it is full of aliveness,

It is full of potential,

Shimmering with the magic of potentiality.

Allow your dreamer to be drawn into this space,

To peer within and to allow your vision to expand.

You know in your heart that this is the space of quantum,

This is the space of potential.

There is choicelessness here.

Until we set intention,

There are all possibilities.

Everything exists within this space.

You feel the magic and aliveness of this.

You feel the lightness enter your body as any untruth or story or subconscious patterns of heaviness lift.

Everything within your body becomes lighter as you allow your vision to expand,

To explore this space of potentiality.

Allow images or sounds or words to come to you in this space,

Visuals that show you possibility,

That offer new potentials of choice,

Particularly relating to the question that you posed,

The question that perhaps at one point you could only see one path forward,

Start to see many.

Allow the images,

The sights,

The sounds,

The words to come up and just as easily let them go.

Notice that within this space of infinite possibility you are so fully supported that there are unlimited possibilities of choice and that there is no wrong choice.

Allow the truth of that to sink in.

There is no wrong choice.

There is only lightness and heaviness.

What feels true for you is light.

What is a story or a falseness is heavy.

As you see potential,

Notice how it makes you feel in your body.

You feel that it's time now to come back to the edge of the pool and you offer gratitude for this space of potentiality,

Gratitude for the knowing that you've been gifted,

That you have unlimited possibility,

That you are held in the space of creation.

You feel yourself again seated at the edge of the pool looking once again into the reflective surface of its waters,

Seeing your face.

Notice a softening,

An ease in the muscles of your face.

Feel that lightness permeate your entire body so that you may know truth.

Imagine yourself now sitting back or laying back on the grass and closing your eyes.

You can place hands on heart in your vision or actual experience of your physical body.

Place hands on heart and offer gratitude here,

Thankfulness for the experience of exploration,

For the beautiful recognition that all experiences within our life are designed to teach us truth.

By showing us,

Does it feel light or does it feel heavy?

The experiences that we bring into our reality are not punishments.

The challenges that show up are designed to help us strengthen our experiences and really lean into the knowing of truth.

The invitation for you as you lean into the experience of gratitude,

Of thankfulness,

Is to allow a choicefulness to anchor now,

To choose something that feels light.

Maybe it's in relation to the question that you posed at the edge of the pool or perhaps it's something that you know to be true and you choose to claim it now.

Feel that lightness in your body and make that choice,

Knowing you can always choose again that there are no wrong choices.

And anchor this choice into your heart space where gratitude now lives,

Gratitude being the energy of completion,

Infusing into your choice the energy of completion.

And so it is.

Starting now to feel into the edges of your body,

Noticing where your body ends and the space around you begins.

Beginning to visualize your body in space,

So noticing the position of your body.

Maybe start to notice the colors,

The shapes,

The expressions around you.

Take three deep breaths together to close the practice.

Inhale through the nose,

Exhale let it out with a sigh.

Two more.

One more.

Let it go.

When you're ready,

Opening your eyes and starting to look around the space that you're in,

Taking in the colors,

The shapes,

The forms.

Offering gratitude for everything in your experience in this moment that is designed to support you.

Thank you so much for being in practice with me today.

This quantum potential practice is designed to really reveal to you that there is choice.

There's choicefulness in all things.

And that when we tap into the space of infinite possibility,

That sometimes our narrow view of what we thought was possible can expand into a place of unlimited possibility.
