To begin,
Let's take a moment now for you to arrive in your physical body and arrive to the present moment,
Pulling yourself,
Your energy,
Your attention back from all the various places it might currently be.
Allow your body to find a ball position,
Whether seated or lying down.
Feel the surface beneath you holding your weight and trust that you're supported,
Not just physically,
But know that you're supported by the divine.
Now gently close your eyes.
Take a long,
Slow breath in through your nose and exhale fully through your mouth with a soft sigh of relief.
Breathe in deeply,
Filling your lungs.
Hold for a moment and exhale slowly,
Allowing your shoulders to drop,
Letting the tension melt.
As you breathe,
Imagine your body softening with each exhale.
Your face,
Your jaw,
Shoulders,
Chest,
Even your belly and your hips.
Loosen and relax.
Bring your awareness now to your feet and notice the ground beneath you.
Imagine roots gently unfurling from the soles of your feet,
Reaching down into the earth.
With every exhale,
These roots grow stronger,
Anchoring you,
Grounding you,
Connecting you to something steadier and far greater than yourself.
If your mind begins to wander,
That's okay.
Simply notice and gently bring it back to your breath,
Back to this moment where you were safe.
Now gently bring your attention inward to that deep,
Quiet space behind your eyes.
Take a slow breath in and out.
Just breathe.
Allow your breath to find its own rhythm and let your breath and your body soften further with each exhale.
In this space,
You're not trying to figure anything out.
You're simply making space.
Space for your own truth to emerge.
Now that you're steady and grounded,
Let's begin the Inner Wisdom Reset.
Place one hand on your heart and the other gently on your belly.
Feel the rise and fall of your breath beneath your palms.
Imagine yourself stepping into a calm inner sanctuary,
A special place only you can enter.
Perhaps it's a beautiful garden,
A turquoise beach,
A sunlit room or a sacred space in the forest.
Whatever arises is perfect for you.
Notice the colors,
The textures,
The way the light falls.
This is where your inner wisdom lives,
Your inner sage.
In this safe place,
Imagine now a gentle presence before you,
The wise part of yourself.
She may look like you or she may appear in another form,
As a guide,
An elder,
An ancestor or simply a soft glow of light.
Ask her with gentleness and openness.
What's really happening here?
Beyond all the noise in my head and my heart.
Don't think too hard.
Just let the answer come.
Like a whisper or a flicker of light.
A wave moving through you.
It might come as a feeling in your gut,
A shift in your chest,
A quiet knowing,
A mental image or even a strong emotion or memory or smell.
Whatever arises,
Just allow it to be.
Don't judge it.
Don't push it away.
Just witness it with tenderness.
Maybe you have a moment of clarity.
Like the time your needs were dismissed and you told yourself it was okay.
Maybe you feel a sadness in your chest.
A weight you've been carrying quietly for weeks.
This is your body speaking.
This is your truth finding its voice again.
Stay here,
Just listening.
Allow the wisdom to come in any form.
As a word,
An image or simply a feeling of calm.
Trust that whatever arises,
However subtle,
Is exactly what you need.
Breathe into it and notice where in your body you feel this wisdom.
Perhaps it's in your chest,
In your belly or in the warmth of your hands.
Let the energy of this knowing expand gently through you.
Take a few more breaths here and allow yourself to soak in the clarity you've received from your wise self.
Now take another deep gentle breath.
Feel the air filling your lungs and slowly release.
With your hands over your heart,
Whisper to your inner sage,
I hear you.
I honor you.

Notice how your body feels after receiving this wisdom.
Notice the soft clarity that begins to settle in.
There's nothing you need to force.
Your truth will keep unfolding in its own time.
Now it's time to return,
Carrying your wisdom with you.
Thank your inner sage and gently step back from the sanctuary.
Know that this place is always available to you.
Now that you know the process,
You can return again and again whenever you need guidance,
Clarity or reassurance from her.
Bring your awareness once more to your body,
To your breath.
Take a slow inhale and exhale with a deep sigh.
Gently press your feet into the ground.
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
Roll your shoulders lightly,
Bringing movement back into your body.
With both hands over your heart,
Seal in the wisdom you've received.
Whisper to yourself,
I honor my inner wisdom.
I honor my truth.
I carry them both with me now.
And when you're ready,
Slowly open your eyes,
Soften your gaze and allow yourself to re-enter your day with steadiness,
Clarity and peace.
