Good morning.

Before the day sweeps you away,

Let's take a few moments to choose how you want to meet it.

Let's take three deep breaths to arrive in this moment.

Inhale out,

Breathe in,

And deeply exhale out,

Again breathe in,

And release from the bottom of your lungs.

Deep breaths,

And one more,

Inhale,

And full exhale,

Great.

So right now your system is probably already trying to run its usual morning program.

Maybe it's reaching for worry,

Or rushing,

Or you have that familiar feeling of there not being enough time.

That's old code,

Old programming.

It runs automatically unless you consciously choose something different.

And here's the beautiful thing,

You get to choose.

Right now,

Before the day begins,

You get to select which version of you shows up today.

For the next few minutes,

We're going to set your energetic foundation,

Not with force or affirmations,

But with clear,

Conscious choosing.

First,

Let's see what code is trying to run.

Check in with your body.

Is there tension already building,

Tightness in your chest or shoulders?

Notice your thoughts.

Are they already racing ahead to your to-do list,

Worrying about what needs to happen today?

Is there a story running about not having enough time,

Or not being enough,

Or needing to prove something today?

Just notice it,

Without judgment.

This is just the old program booting up,

The way it always does.

But here's what you need to know.

You don't have to choose it.

You can see it clearly and choose something else.

Let's soften the grip of that old code.

Take a deep breath.

And as you exhale,

Release any energy of needing to rush.

Remind yourself that you have time.

You're not behind.

And breathe in.

And long exhale.

And again,

Breathe in.

And breathe out any worry or concern,

Any pressure you feel.

Nice big inhale.

Nice long exhale.

And feel your body right now.

The weight of it.

The aliveness of it.

This is the only moment that actually exists.

Not the meeting later.

Not the emails waiting.

Just this moment.

Right here.

Right now.

Imagine yourself as a baby in a high chair.

You don't have to hustle or force or prove anything.

You're just here.

Present.

Open.

Soft.

And from that place,

The world shows up to support you.

Not because you demanded it.

But because you're aligned.

Feel what it's like to meet the day from ease instead of effort.

From trust instead of control.

Stay here.

Stay with the softness.

This is your foundation.

You don't need to know the whole day.

You just need to be present for this moment.

Now let's consciously choose the energy you're bringing into today.

What version of you do you want to be today?

Not someday.

Today.

Is it the version that's calm and clear?

Choose that now.

Feel it in your body.

Is it the version of you that trusts the unfolding of life?

Choose that now.

Let it settle into you.

Is it the version of you that responds from presence instead of reacting from fear?

Choose that now.

And anchor it into your being.

This isn't pretending.

This is selecting.

You are the chooser.

And right now,

You're choosing to be aligned.

As you move into your day,

The old code will try to run again.

And when it does,

You'll know what to do.

You pause,

Notice it,

And choose differently.

You choose presence.

You choose trust.

And you choose ease.

You don't have to be perfect.

You just have to keep choosing,

Moment by moment.

Take one more deep breath in.

And out.

Rest.

And rest in the knowing that you've set your foundation.

Let the day reveal itself.

Remind yourself that you are the chooser of your reality.

And today,

You are choosing flow.
