He has this documentary on Netflix called Going Home,
Which is a very beautiful documentary from the end of his life.
So,
He is a beautiful and inspiring person,
A soul to connect to,
Despite him not being alive anymore.
He is still very much alive in spirit.
He is the main influence and inspiration for this Loving Everything,
Practicing being the main awareness and being the loving awareness.
So,
We are going to start the live event in 40 seconds.
I always do these pre-warm-up recordings.
That is my ritual,
Reminding myself why I am doing this.
And despite me being tired and considering cancelling,
I am still doing it,
Because there is stuff that is more important than me and my needs.

This is going to be probably the shortest meditation I have ever done at a live event.
So,
We are going to practice this Loving Everything,
Loving the 15 minutes that we have together.
It is funny to notice my behavior throughout the day,
Having this in mind,
Practicing loving everything.
And then I have my watch that wakes me up in the morning and I forgot to put it on last night.
So,
I had this kind of,
You know,
If you need to get up at a certain time and you forgot to put a watch,
Then you will be not really asleep.
And yeah,
That was me this night.
So,
I woke up at four o'clock,
Because I did not want to be late to the morning meditation.

You know,

So,
This is the second of this week's Loving Everything meditation.
And I tend to do these things in,
You know,
Sets of three days.
And this is because I am just in the middle of the process,
Just like you are.
So,
I am working with a lot of stuff that is difficult for me and a lot of stuff that I want to learn.
And I am practicing this Loving Everything.
What is this all about?
So,
First step was to,
You know,
Be willing to feel everything.
That is very difficult just in itself.
Being that main awareness and being willing to feel everything.
That is a good one to begin with.
And then afterwards start,
You know,
Finding that peace,
That compassion inside.
And then starting to practice loving everything.
So,
That is what we are going to be doing for the next 15 minutes.
I tend to go like 100% over the time that I have set to do this.
But today I am going to see if I can stick within the 15 minutes.

Well,
He is not alive anymore,
At least not in a physical sense,
But very much in a spiritual sense.
But he has this Ram Dass documentary on Netflix called Going Home.
So,
This meditation is very much inspired by Ram Dass.
I have been following him for a long time.
Yeah,
So it is just 15 minutes today,
Alexandra.
So,
It is a short meditation.
Yeah,
Julie,
Me too.
Without exaggerating,
I think that I have watched it maybe 50 something times.
Maybe more,
Maybe 60 or 70.
So,
Yeah,
The music is just,
You know,
The production of that documentary is just so beautiful.
It is a wonderful way to go.
I would love to go like that,
You know,
Having such a documentary made around me.
But I do not think that I am going to be that kind of personality.
Who knows?
So,
Let us get started with this short loving everything meditation.
So,
We can just get settled.
Get comfortable.
And getting comfortable means just being who you are,
Where you are,
In the way that you want to be sitting or lying.
There are no rules into this meditation.
We are just practicing finding our individual way into this.
I am very fond of practical meditation.
So,
Taking whatever we practice here and then integrating that into our daily lives.
It is a beautiful way to start becoming a whole human being.
Start letting go of those contrasts in our personality,
Our shadow sides,
Integrating that with our primary sides.
Start loving everything.
So,
Let us just take in a couple of deep breaths.
If it feels okay,
Just have this small smile on your lips.
Have it also influence your eyes.
Be smiling with your eyes as well.
But just have it be a natural smile.
If you are not really in the mood for smiling,
That is just fine.
Also,
Do notice whether you want to have your eyes open or closed.
I will be opening and closing mine.
At least it feels like that is the way it is going to go.
And just notice that body of yours just relaxing a bit more on the out-breath.
Any thoughts,
Any feelings,
Any contractions or expansions,
Just be with that.
Not giving it any more energy,
Just noticing it,
Having it be part of your main awareness.
Let us just start with this main awareness.
Just really experiencing everything inside your awareness.
You have the whole universe inside of you,
The whole world is part of your awareness.
And when we think of it,
Everything is only inside of you and inside of me.
We are all carrying these huge universes inside us.
Just relax those eyes,
Soothe in that heart.
And see if you can experience your heart opening like a flower,
Just slowly,
With every breath that you take.
Being that main awareness.
Just hear yourself either inside or whispering or out loud saying the sentence,
I am the main awareness.
Really experiencing yourself being that main awareness.
No matter whether your eyes are open or closed,
Everything that is there is in your main awareness.
The contractions,
The expansions,
All the thoughts,
The feelings,
The sensations,
The ambience,
The smells,
The sounds.
Everything is a part of your main awareness.
Really experiencing that breathing of yours,
Just slowing down,
Not going anywhere.
Reminding ourselves that no matter where we go,
There we are.
No matter what time it is,
Here we are,
Being that main awareness.
You don't need to be anybody.
Actually,
You're probably better off,
I'm probably better off being a nobody.
Let go of all those expectations,
All those self-images,
All of that should have,
Could have,
Would have.
Don't be struggling with not thinking or not feeling.
Those are Ram Dass words.
Don't struggle.
Just be here.
Now.
No matter who you are out there,
You're just like me and I'm just like you.
The same awareness,
The same main awareness,
The same loving awareness.
Souls just wanting to be happy,
Wanting to love and be loved.
Really use those deep in-breath and out-breath just to experience everything right now.
The thing that is here always the now,
The awareness.
Everything is okay.
Everything is safe.
Everything is good.
And let that silence really create an even stronger experience of this now,
Of this main awareness.
All hearts are singing with every heartbeat,
Reaching out,
Loving everything.
Everything.
Don't be anybody.
Just experience what is right now.
The in-breath,
The body,
The smile.
Just be with whatever is there and just love it all.
And even though you might be confused or it's difficult or we don't really know how to,
Let's have the longing,
Let's have the intention of learning how to love everything.
Loving everything.
Which also means loving ourselves.
Every little bit of ourselves,
Of our personality,
Of our stories,
Of our shame,
Our guilt,
Loving it all.
Liberating ourselves from the suffering by loving it.
Loving the thoughts.
All those neurotic thoughts pounding as waves,
Loving it.
It's not what happens to us that is painful.
It's our way of dealing with it.
And if we can learn how to deal with it in a compassionate,
Heart-warm,
Loving way,
Will that change our lives?
Probably.
So what can we do?
We can start just loving one thing.
And have that one thing be everything.
Start with that.
So really,
When we finish off this connection together and these words together,
Hold on.
Really,
When you experience the next contraction,
Really practice.
And if it's difficult,
Just ask yourself the question,
Would this be better if I started loving it?
I'm not talking about hiding or not dealing with stuff or being romantic in the way of loving everything and putting our head in the bush.
I'm talking about really being willing to feel everything,
Being that main awareness,
Really loving it all.
Don't fight it.
Love it.
After all,
You're the one creating it,
Right?
Isn't that strange that nobody can create an emotion inside of you,
Nor inside of me?
We can influence each other with positive or negative,
Whatever labels we can put on it.
But we're 100% responsible for how we deal with it,
What we do with it.
So what will we choose?
Contraction?
Expansion?
Will we choose to react,
Creating the same emotions as we have been all our life,
Holding on to that victim role or villain role or hero role?
Or will we start practicing to become a creator,
A challenger,
A support,
Loving it?
Easy?
No,
I don't think so.
Months and years,
Decades maybe?
I don't know.
But I'm going to try and find out,
Together with you.
So let's take in a couple of deep breaths and get ready to finish off this short meditation.
And as I mentioned,
If this makes sense to you,
If you can relate to this,
Really practice holding on for the rest of your day,
No matter whether you're going to bed,
Just like I am.
Or whether your day is just starting or in the middle of the day,
Really see if this makes sense to you.
Start practicing.
First off,
Just being willing to feel everything.
After that,
Becoming that main awareness.
After that,
Finding the peace,
The compassion.
And then practice loving everything.
Hmm.

Which is more and more becoming this circle of intention.
The one that is called Kala Circle.
I'll just write the two circles here.
The Golden Circle is where we practice this three day method that is about how to heal the traumas through addiction.
I recommend you to go into the Golden Circle if this is something that sounds interesting for you.
And I've committed to doing one weekly session on healing trauma through addiction for the next 365 days.
I've also committed to me personally in order to find out whether this three day method is actually any if it actually works.
It's us in here that really I mean,
It came up.
It was developed in these workshops.
So I'm committed to do in the 365 days.
I'm on day 20 today.
This is a yes day.
So I'm not going to say too much right now.
But but I am going to we're having one more meditation tomorrow.

You will be replying and the rest of us or the rest of you will be observing.
And then,

See if we can have some kind of a process,

Something where everybody can learn something from it and then just try it out.
It might fail completely.
I don't know.
But I'm thinking,
