We can have noises around us.
We can have intense energy around us.
We can have worrying thoughts inside of us.
We can have disturbing emotions inside of us.
We can experience everything that comes from outside of us and inside of us.
And no matter how we deal with it,
We will always just be.
We are human beings,
Not human doings.
The slow in-breath,
The slow out-breath,
Is a constant reminder of us only being here,
Only being now.
Right now,
Noticing your in-breath,
Noticing your out-breath.
So no matter what circumstances you are in,
No matter how turbulent,
No matter how happy,
No matter how painful,
You will only just be.
No matter how much you struggle,
No matter how much you just go with the flow,
You're still just being.
Just being with what is not running away.
Staying.
Being.
So see if you today can just practice being in surroundings that are noisy,
Being in surroundings that might usually be stressful.
Just sit down,
Notice your breath,
Don't run away from anything,
Just be.
We put so many labels on ourselves and other people,
What we should be.
Should be this,
Should be that,
I'm not this,
I'm not that.
What about just being?
What about just being?
Let's see if we can all just go out today and practice that based on this short intention from my side,
Which is just to be even more,
And just sat down to be here with you.
Just being,
And maybe even to provoke ourselves being a nobody,
Which can be very provoking to our ego,
Just being a nobody.
Just being.
Let those shoulders fall down,
Let that breathing soothe and everything,
Let that mind slow down.
And take in those heartwarming,
Compassionate breaths,
One at a time,
Small smile on your lips,
And just be.
No matter what circumstance,
Just be.
Don't run away,
Stay,
And just be.
