Welcome to this guided meditation for healing and balancing the solar plexus chakra.

The chakra is referred to as the Manipura in Sanskrit which translates to dwelling place of jewels and gems.

Doing this meditation daily will help to ensure that you are living a healthy life so that you can enjoy optimal well-being.

This guided practice will heal the third chakra and improve your self-esteem.

Release the need to control others or yourself and you'll also feel a sense of willpower to make positive choices that enhance your life.

This chakra is the energy center for motivation,

Self-confidence and personal power.

The solar plexus is all about honoring yourself,

Taking care of yourself and forming an intuitive voice from within.

The chakras element is fire and is represented by a sunny vibrant yellow color.

When your third chakra is balanced you feel confident and connected to the universe and therefore are able to manifest your intentions faster.

Rise above the drama of life,

Have clarity about your goals,

Live a fearless life,

Reach your highest potential and notice your relationships are more harmonious.

Balancing the chakra will also help you build a magnetic personality.

When the chakra is out of balance you may experience low self-esteem,

A lack of self-importance,

Fear of rejection,

Sensitivity to criticism and an inability to stand up for what you believe in.

Symptoms related to a blocked solar plexus may include trouble setting boundaries with people,

Feeling the need to people please and constantly seeking approval or external validation from others.

Now I invite you to prepare for this practice by getting into a comfortable position.

You can choose to lie on your back or sit upright with your spine straight.

Whatever position you choose please make sure the surface you are on is firm and supportive.

Now let's begin by closing the eyes gently.

Make sure your spine is straight but also relaxed.

Take a full deep breath in and with the exhalation think of letting go.

Breathe in gently and gracefully in through your nose and exhale slowly.

Naturally out through your mouth.

One more time deep breath in.

Become aware of your body relaxing,

Feeling supported.

Breathe out all tension and worry.

Feel your feet supported,

Your arms and hands are supported.

Let your legs relax,

Your shoulders and your head feel so relaxed and supported.

Feel every muscle in your body get more and more relaxed,

Allowing yourself to release all worry and tension.

Allow yourself to let go of all stress you may be feeling in the body.

Notice the natural rhythm of your breath and allow your body to be still and deeply relaxed.

Now bring your awareness to the area just above your navel and below your ribcage.

This is where your solar plexus,

Your third chakra is located.

It extends up to the breastbone or where your two sets of ribs connect.

Breathe into this space,

Gently filling your stomach up with air and slowly releasing it.

Continue with this breath until your mind is clear and you feel a connection develop with this energy center.

Notice where in your body you may be holding on to tension.

Allow the muscles here to relax.

Just let go,

Becoming loose and comfortable,

Releasing all tension,

Becoming smooth and relaxed.

Allow your body to be filled with relaxation and peace.

Focus on increasing the relaxation.

Feel the peace,

Calm and relaxation.

A feeling of serenity comfortably comes over your entire body,

Helping you feel relaxed,

Feeling so calm and peaceful,

Completely serene.

Remember to breathe naturally.

Let your breath be your anchor throughout this meditation practice.

Notice each breath without trying to change your breathing in any way.

Just observe it.

And if thoughts come into your mind,

Just acknowledge them and let them go,

Returning your attention to your breathing.

Now,

Surrendering deeper and deeper into each and every breath,

Allowing the cool wave of the inhale to clear your mind and the warm wave of the exhale to soften,

Melt and relax deeper into the physical cells of your body.

Now that you are so relaxed,

Silently repeat the following affirmations.

As I take on new challenges,

I feel calm,

Confident and powerful.

I feel motivated to pursue my purpose in life.

I am ambitious and capable.

I forgive myself for past mistakes and I learned from them.

The only thing I need to control is how I respond to situations that trigger me.

I now have the courage to create positive change in my life.

I stand in my personal power.

Allow the energy of the fire from the solar plexus chakra to radiate up through your spine.

The life force energy filling up every part of your body.

This energy is growing more and more powerful.

As powerful as the energy of the sun.

Filling up every cell of your body,

Flooding your mind and body with vibrant yellow as it turns golden.

Every cell in your body is feeling alive.

Every cell is like a mini sun being fed with this powerhouse of energy,

Exuding from the golden warm sun located in your solar plexus.

Allow a soft smile on your face as you meditate.

Feeling the soft vulnerable yet powerful golden yellow ball of energy vibrate,

Pulsate and shift to the vibration of happiness,

Confidence and personal power.

Now gently place or imagine your left hand on your heart center and your right hand on your solar plexus.

Feel the warmth of your skin on your hands.

Follow the natural flow of your breathing,

Feeling so relaxed.

Affirm silently in your mind.

I call in,

Father God,

My true galactic family.

And guardian angels.

I ask that you come and be with me now.

I ask for the support of my light team as I break any vows,

Contracts or promises I have ever made with another person,

Consciously or unconsciously,

That has given them power over my sense of self or the authority to approve or reject anything about me.

I revoke and release any and all vows and contracts that I consciously or unconsciously agreed to that made me lose my voice,

My creativity,

Spirituality and authentic way of being.

Now I command of my own free will,

I choose to directly perceive my own personal inner power and turn within with kindness and compassion to see myself through the eyes of unconditional love.

In the past,

I may have turned my power over to other people so I could be accepted and loved.

Or I may have been driven to seek power in order to feel respected.

But not anymore.

I am now in touch with my true power.

I honor and respect myself.

I take complete responsibility for my words and my actions.

I no longer need approval from others.

I am now connected to my own personal power through unconditional love.

I completely love and accept and honor myself.

And so it is.

Feel the warm fire radiating from your solar plexus,

Penetrating into every cell of your being.

Watch as this fire burns away any doubt,

Guilt,

Shame,

Insecurities and jealousies that were lodged there.

Watch the fire leaving behind strength,

Confidence,

And a deep belief in yourself.

Now gently take a moment to romp the palms of your hands together.

Gently building heat and energy.

Gently place them onto your eyes.

Breathe in the warmth and awaken to the world as the powerful,

Worthy,

Free,

And sovereign being you truly are.

Now we will begin to bring this practice to a close.

Sense yourself feeling more balanced.

The feeling of well-being.

You feel wonderful,

Healthy,

And happy.

Whenever you are ready,

Begin to come back into the space you're in.

Stretching gently.

Taking your time.

Feeling refreshed and balanced.

Becoming fully alert and ready to continue the activities of the day or evening.

Simply begin to become aware of your surroundings and feel the energy slowly coming back to your body.

Make small,

Gentle movements with your hands and fingers.

And allow your legs and feet to wiggle,

Becoming energized.

When you are ready,

Gently open your eyes.

Feeling healthier than ever before and filled with joy.

Feeling mentally alert,

Physically energized,

And spiritually refreshed.

Every single inch of your body is charged with the energy of self-love and acceptance.

I have really been feeling called to my energy body lately in ways I only recently learned were possible. Intuitively I have felt for a while my 3rd chakra needed to be heard. Thank you for creating the space for me to honor this energy center.
