Welcome to this grounding and affirming sleep meditation practice.

Thank you for allowing me to guide you into this deeply healing and relaxing sleep experience.

All you have to do is follow the sound of my voice and relax.

You're now ready for bed.

It's time to let go of the day.

Relax and begin to experience deep healing relaxation.

Become aware of how you are feeling right now,

Physically and mentally.

Let's use our breath to deeply relax and prepare our body for rest.

Remember,

The body knows what to do,

So allow yourself to trust it to relax and to help you drift off to blissful sleep.

Pay attention to the sound of my voice as I guide you into a beautiful sleep.

Now take a deep breath in through your nose.

And release the breath through your mouth.

Take another gentle,

Deep breath in.

And allow your breathing to relax you as you exhale fully.

One more time,

Breathe in gently.

And as you breathe out,

Let the air carry the tension out of your body.

Set the intention to cleanse any low vibrational energies and frequencies from your aura and from your body.

Saying quietly out loud,

I am divine.

I am free.

I am sovereign.

I release any energies that do not belong to me,

Sending them back to the light to be lovingly transmuted by the eternal source of the highest resonance of the light.

I call back soul fragments back to me now.

All the power and energy I needlessly gave away or was drained from me.

Calling it back to me now.

Calling back all my power.

Bringing in calm and peaceful energy into my bio-energetic field right now.

Keeping me safe and relaxed while I drift away to sleep.

Continue to breathe slowly and gently as you begin to focus on relaxing your body.

Notice where your body is tense.

Focus your attention on one of these areas as you breathe.

Picture that part of your body becoming slightly more relaxed than it was before.

And with each breath,

That part of your body becomes a little bit more relaxed.

Imagine what the relaxation feels like.

It may feel tingly,

Soft,

Gentle,

Calm,

Loose,

Or free.

Let that feeling of relaxation grow.

Let that peaceful,

Blissful feeling grow.

Slowly scan your body for any areas of tension.

And for each area,

Let the relaxation soften the muscles as they give up their hold.

Allow the feeling of relaxation to grow.

Feel the spreading calm throughout your body.

Gently and deeply breathe in relaxation.

Breathe out tension.

Breathe in calm.

And let all the tension go as you exhale.

Continue to breathe slowly and gently,

Deepening your state of relaxation more and more with each breath.

Going deeper and deeper.

Feeling more and more relaxed.

Feeling calm and at peace.

Now you're feeling completely at ease.

Feeling relaxed and comfortable.

Ready to drift off to deep,

Healing sleep.

You are comfortable,

Enjoying being still and completely relaxed.

Allow yourself to enjoy the way you feel in this safe place.

There is nothing to do and nowhere to go.

If thoughts pop up in your mind,

Allow them to pass without judgment.

You are now free to focus your attention on this present moment,

Inviting in peace.

You feel grateful,

Calm,

And safe here.

You feel at peace with yourself.

Allowing in tranquility and deep relaxation.

Remain grounded in this peaceful place throughout this meditation practice.

Using your breath as your anchor,

Anytime you feel your mind trying to distract you.

This is your time now.

And all you're interested in is relaxing your body and preparing it for sleep.

Feeling calm and ready to drift off into a deep,

Healing sleep.

Now gently tune into your heart center,

Feeling it radiate pure,

Tranquil,

Loving light.

Projecting it outwards.

And then absorbing it back inward.

Let this warm,

Radiating,

Calming light consume your body.

Your body feels like it is bathing in healing white light,

Feeling so relaxed and ready to drift off to blissful sleep.

Now that you're fully relaxed,

We will be programming your subconscious mind by silently repeating healing affirmations I will be sharing with you now.

Right now in this moment,

Enjoy surrendering into this healing experience.

Listen to and repeat each affirmation silently in your mind.

Fully believe each affirmation by accepting that you are worthy.

Allow your heart to fully feel the emotion behind each word I speak to you.

As you repeat the affirmations,

You may drift off to sleep before the practice ends.

That's perfectly okay.

The affirmations will imprint into your subconscious mind as you sleep.

Every time you hear my soothing voice say an affirmation,

You will feel more and more relaxed.

Let's tune in and begin.

I am at peace with myself.

I appreciate who I am.

I value myself as a person.

All humans have value and I am a valuable human being.

I deserve to relax.

I deserve to be happy.

I embrace my happy feelings and enjoy being content.

I imagine and believe that all of these affirmations are true for me.

Right now in this moment.

And enjoy the relaxation I am experiencing.

When my mood is low,

I accept my emotions and I recognize that the low mood will pass and I will be happy again.

I look forward to the good times.

My future is bright and positive.

I look forward to the future and I enjoy the present.

I look fondly upon many memories from my past.

I forgive myself for my mistakes.

All humans make mistakes.

I used to feel regret about some of my mistakes because I am a good person and I want to do the best that I can.

And now I am still a good person.

I release the feelings of regret because I have learned and moved on.

I forgive myself for errors I have made because I have felt bad about them long enough.

I have suffered enough and now it is time to be free.

By freeing myself from past mistakes,

I can move on and do good things.

I forgive myself.

I imagine and believe that all of these affirmations are true for me right now in this moment.

I enjoy this deep relaxation I am currently experiencing.

I feel good about who I am as I drift off to sleep.

I accept the person that I am.

I accept my flaws and recognize my strengths.

I view my shortcomings as strengths not yet developed rather than as weaknesses.

I eagerly develop new strengths.

I imagine and believe that all of these affirmations are true for me right now in this moment.

I am enjoying this empowering relaxation I am experiencing.

I approach challenges with strength.

I am courageous.

I do the best that I can.

I give 100% effort when I am able to and put full effort towards the things that are important to me.

I accept my imperfections.

I accept that my efforts are good enough.

I am enough.

I do not have to be perfect to be okay as a person.

I am a human being with flaws.

I am who I am.

I love myself as I am.

I nurture my inner child.

I am secure in who I am and do not need to compare myself to others.

All of the strengths I have are present in me today.

I still have the same positive character and release the need to compare myself to others.

I imagine and believe that all of these affirmations are true for me right now in this moment.

I am enjoying this deep relaxation I am experiencing right now.

I accept myself.

I care for myself.

I take time for myself and enjoy it.

I deserve time for myself.

And I feel good about taking care of myself regularly.

I handle difficulties and challenges with grace and ease.

I allow myself to experience and express emotions both negative and positive.

I accept myself.

I am perfectly alright just the way I am.

I accept myself.

I am a valuable human being.

I fully and completely accept myself.

I feel confident.

I accept myself.

I feel secure.

I accept myself.

I completely and lovingly accept myself just as I am.

Continue to feel into this blissful relaxing moment.

Allow this beautiful calming energy to penetrate into every cell of your body.

You deserve good rest and a peaceful night's sleep.

Allow your subconscious mind to acknowledge the feelings you are experiencing after repeating the calming affirmations.

Accept any positive or negative feelings you are having.

Allow yourself to feel calm and at peace.

As you drift off to sleep,

Feeling so calm and relaxed.

Feeling comfortable and feeling so safe in this space.

Take with you the feelings of self-acceptance and believe in the relaxing affirmations as you sleep.

Continue to feel positive and relax in knowing you are worthy of healing deep sleep.

Hold onto the secure feeling of peaceful relaxation as you drift into a calm and pleasant sleep.

Knowing that when you wake up,

You'll feel empowered,

Calm,

Confident and completely refreshed.

As you slip into blissful sleep,

The background music will continue to play as my voice fades away.

Enjoy the soothing sounds as you drift off to sleep.
