Good morning and welcome to this guided meditation to help you start your day.
Every day is a new beginning.
Every day is a new opportunity to grow,
To learn,
To just be,
To enjoy the life that you've been given,
The life that you deserve.
This morning I invite you to set an intention for your day.
Just tune in with the breath,
Giving yourself some space.
You can do this meditation either lying down or sitting up.
You can do it in a chair or while you're still in bed.
Just relax.
Follow the natural flow of your breath as you inhale and exhale.
Deep breathing,
Relaxing,
Allowing yourself to melt onto the surface,
That which supports you.
On the inhale,
Breathe in love and compassion.
On the out-breath,
Exhale gently,
Letting go,
Releasing anything from the previous day that you're still carrying over.
Day is a new day,
A new beginning,
A new opportunity to learn how to create intentions for your day,
To create your own reality,
To stay centered in your power.
Bring your awareness to your heart center,
Breathing into that space,
That space that's filled with love and a longing for connectedness with yourself and with others.
We will repeat some affirmations to help set intentions for today.
Staying centered in our power allows us to navigate the external world,
Feeling safe,
Feeling secure,
Boundless,
Limitless,
For that is what we are.
You are a divine being,
A spark from source up above,
The expansive universe,
Nature.
You are infinite possibilities.
You have it in you already.
You just have to remember to come back to the space where you feel calm and relaxed.
Despite challenges that may come up,
That's okay,
That's part of life.
And when thoughts come in and out of your mind,
Know that that's okay too.
That's what minds do.
Use your breath as your anchor,
Inhaling love,
Acceptance,
And life force energy.
And on the out breath,
Exhale fully,
Gently,
Knowing that today is a new day for new opportunities,
New ways of being,
New ways of loving,
And new ways of expressing your true self.
Let your body rest and relax and listen to the affirmations.
You can either say them in your mind,
Say them out loud,
Or just listen.
And bask in the light of the words that I speak to you now.
