Thank you for joining me today.
I invite you first to get comfortable,
To take care of your body and whatever needs
you have,
To be warm,
To be able to invite your body into a place of pause and rest.
It's worthy and worthwhile to take care of your needs.
And so hopefully you find yourself now in a comfortable place,
In a comfortable position.
Just taking a sigh or some movement to settle in.
See if you can first connect to whatever is holding you,
Your couch,
Your chair,
Your
bed,
The floor,
And really feel and notice the parts of your body that are being held
and perhaps even inviting your body to drop down even more into what's holding you.
Inviting muscles to soften.
Inviting your body to relax or rest in any way it feels ready for.
Feel set to an intention that every time you breathe,
Your breath in draws in what
you need most and your breath out releases what your body is ready to let go of.
No effort,
Nothing you need to do,
Instead just a beautiful intention being set.
And as your body continues to journey into this place of rest and pause,
We will now
go on.
And so the more the body is at rest,
The more the mind can open.
It can open to receive,
It can open to find its way on a beautiful journey.
And so I invite you,
With this beautiful mind of yours,
To find your way to a location
that you always feel comfortable,
Perhaps inspired,
At peace,
At ease,
It is a place
or a location that you love to visit or you love to visit in your mind,
Perhaps you've
never been there,
Maybe it's a rainforest,
A beach,
Your backyard,
Take your time to
find your way there and when you do,
We're going to take a moment for you to take in
as much as you can,
What do you see,
What do you feel on your skin,
What's the temperature,
What do you hear,
And how do you feel in your body at this beautiful place that calls to
you.
So take a moment to notice,
Perhaps taking in a slightly deeper breath that calls to
you.
Your body is so wise if it guides you to shift,
Place a hand on your heart or belly,
Continuing
this journey of both honoring your body and journeying with your beautiful mind.
And now you see yourself in this place and notice,
Notice if you're sitting or standing
or walking or swimming and you feel a sense of happiness and peace overcome you,
Everything
in this moment feels good and right and you know that on this journey there is a gift
for you.
And you see this gift coming towards you,
Maybe they're walking towards you,
Maybe they're
swimming towards you and as this beautiful being gets closer and closer,
You smile,
You
smile with expectation and excitement that here is your gift,
It is a time to connect
with your highest self.
As he or she comes closer,
What do you notice,
What are they wearing,
What is their energy,
What is the expression on their face,
Take a moment to receive this visit,
If you feel
called to embrace your highest self,
If your highest self is maybe placing a hand on your
heart or hands on your shoulders,
Notice what is the way that you are connecting with
your highest self.
And now he or she or they ask you to follow them to a really comfortable place inside
this beautiful location so maybe you're guided to sit on a log or a bench or on the sand.
In any place you find yourself in this location now with your highest self and you feel at
total ease and joy.
Your highest self cares so deeply for you and has a message for you.
Perhaps it's a simple message of love,
Simple and so powerful.
Maybe it's some guiding words,
Some wisdom,
So take a moment now to receive whatever message
your highest self has for you and whatever this message is,
Perhaps allowing them to
repeat it for you a few times over.
Your highest self is smiling,
Beaming towards you,
Loving you,
Guiding you in this moment
and every moment forward.
Your highest self reminds you from a place of love and compassion that you can visit
your highest self at any time.
You can receive their love and wisdom and message at any time.
You notice in your own body how it feels to know that you can be guided in a direct
way whenever you need.
Your highest self lets you know that they'll be right here at this place and location or
any place and location that you feel called to visit.
You thank this visit with your highest self,
With words or gestures,
And you slowly take
your time to walk,
To swim,
To move away,
You glance back and smile.
There's your highest self,
Radiant,
Beaming,
Always ready to hold a place of compassion,
Wisdom,
And curiosity with and for you.
You take any final gesture of gratitude and love and slowly find your way back into your
beautiful snuggled space on your couch or bed or floor or chair,
Taking any breaths
that feel receptive or expansive or calming,
Taking your time,
Perhaps placing your hand
on your heart,
And giving yourself any final message that you need,
And I offer you a deep
bow of gratitude and appreciation that you've taken this journey and time for yourself.
When we honor and love ourselves,
We bring more of that into the world.
