Welcome.
You are a radiant being and I am honored to be here with you in this moment.
And you are here.
You have arrived.
Take a breath to honor your arrival into this moment,
This space.
Inviting you now to take a breath to invoke your deep,
Innate wisdom.
And perhaps a breath now to deepen this sense of presence.
Imagine a life,
Your life,
That includes you loving yourself,
The whole of you,
All the parts of you.
Imagine your life as one who loves and appreciates your body,
Your softness,
Your curves,
Your flatness,
Your ripples,
Your strength,
Your power,
All that your hands have held,
Your wrinkles,
Your softness,
Your edges.
Imagine loving all of you.
This is possible.
Visualize what it would look like and imagine what it would feel like to be just that.
You who loves you.
Take these next few slow,
Deep cycles of breath to practice doing just that.
Visualize what it would look like and imagine what it would feel like to be you who loves you.
I'd like to invite even more compassion now into this space,
Into this time,
Into this practice.
If you can imagine and sense this possibility,
This possibility of being you who loves you for even one breath,
That is beautiful.
If you cannot imagine or sense this,
If you loving you feels impossible,
Can you love this you as well?
This you who has grown up in your family,
Your culture,
Your community,
Your ancestry.
This you deserves love and compassion in this moment,
Wherever you find yourself mentally,
Physically,
Spiritually.
You can keep strengthening this muscle of loving yourself.
Even a breath of intending to work towards loving yourself is a gift you can give.
Imagine the feeling of lightness as you walk through this world proud of and happy to be alive in your body today as it is.
Imagine the feeling of lightness as you walk through this world proud of and happy to be alive in your body today as it is.
If you are working on creating a body that has more strength,
Less density,
You can love the powerful and loving work that is to come just one day at a time,
Nothing more.
I'll invite you now to allow these words that I'm going to name,
Repeat,
To wash over you.
Maybe they'll sink into you.
And if it resonates,
You can certainly repeat them after me.
I love myself.
I love myself even when I feel unlovable.
I have a body that allows me to do so many incredible things.
Breathing and smelling and tasting and touching,
Feeling the sun on my face,
Holding the hand of someone I love.
My body is strong and knows how to find more health and vitality.
Every day I make at least one choice that moves me towards my most aligned body.
Inviting you to take a deep breath,
Drawing more love and compassion into you and releasing what does not serve you.
Softening perhaps what can be a harsh inner critic within us.
Inhaling more love.
Exhaling that critic.
You are a radiant being.
Take your light.
It is unique to you.
The world needs it and send it out into that world.
Take the very best care of you.
