Beginning with a nice deep breath in and allowing yourself a long release out of breath breathing it in through the nose breathe it out through the mouth breathing it in breathing it out breathing it in and breathing it out gentle flow of breath now connecting to the feel of the breath slowly work on lengthening the breath as you breathe it in allow a moment to hold as you breathe it out allow a long release breathing it in breathing it out lengthening the breath breath by breath each breath as you slow each breath a deeper release longer inhale longer exhale breathe slowly as thoughts rise work the breath through asking the mind to be calm the body to be still feelings to be silent breath by breath let the body soften breathe lengthen the breath let the face soften swallow to clear the throat remove your tongue from the roof of your mouth breathe fully be in your whole body breath by breath as you lengthen the breath now go deeper into your body feel toes feet legs hips stomach lengthen the breath feel spine chest shoulders arms fingers lengthen the breath go deeper into the body as you lengthen the breath go into every cell in your body breath by breath heart slows mind slows breath slows lengthen into your being laying on the ground breathing to extend the breath through the wholeness of the body as you breathe through the body begin to feel yourself fall deeper into your position three breaths it's a loud exhale to release deeper into your position breath extend the breath now to the ground breathe the body connect the body to the ground breathe three breaths now to become part of the ground breathe in and as you breathe focus heart into the ground allow the heart to beat as one with the earth breathe feel as one let yourself be felt by the earth expand your heart through the earth with each breath give yourself to the earth as you now draw breath draw breath through the earth into your body feel the flow of inhale and exhale through the ground through the earth into your being become one with every breath give yourself to the earth with every breath draw the earth into your being as you breathe draw in through your whole body as if the breath of the earth was breathing into every cell feel that connect to that each breath each breath soften deeper to the earth feel into the ground lean in deeper with each breath listen feel connect breath my breath what do you hear listen with your whole body your whole being feel listen connect feel all that you feel allow yourself to feel feel all that you feel breath by breath so feel the breath running freely through the body feel the flow from the earth to your being allow it to be smooth and as one allow breath now to move through your being as if you are a very part of a layer of the earth breathing as one breathing with all the flights giving your breath as the earth to life listen feel allow feel all that you feel you are one with the breath of life through the earth to the universe breathing connecting now to that breath feel yourself work with the breath drawing breath back from the earth to the body feel your body once again breathe and feel from the feet all the way through the body reconnecting breath by breath connect again to the breath connect again to your body feel the body feel the heartbeat feel the breath breathing it in conscious of that breath and its flow three breaths to draw the breath into the body breathe it in breathe to return to the body feeling the body feeling the breath gentle movement of the toes gentle movement of the fingers turn palms down to the ground give love and gratitude to the earth for breathing as one with you and when you're ready slowly opening the eyes breathe it in and open mouth breathing out to the universe breathing out to the earth breathing out to the earth breathing out to the earth breathing out to the earth breathing out to the earth breathing out to the earth breathing out to the earth
