wonderful and empowering!

I said a prayer prior to looking for the meditation I wanted to do. I prayed for guidance to a World Peace meditation. However, when I saw this one I want able to pass by it. When I clicked on it, I noticed the name was the same as my kids step Mother's first and middle name. Nothing has tested my own personal sense of peace as my children's experiences with her when they were younger. I recognized that, we can't have World Peace until each of us connects to peace within ourselves. This meditation hit the spot! Love, peace and blessings to you!
