A gentle guided Feminine Embodiment practice - suitable for all genders - 'Feminine' in this instance refers to the qualities of the Divine Feminine such as sensitivity, intuition, the unseen - our emotions not as in a gender. This specialised somatic practice will guide you to begin to get in touch with the language of your body - sensation - and how your body is always communicating with you. Reconnect to your own inner wisdom, liberate stuck emotions, and find inner freedom, pleasure, and power.

So starting on all fours or maybe just even kneeling,

Finding a position that feels comfortable and safe for you,

And then letting your neck relax and your head hang heavy,

Just feeling your body connected to the earth beneath you.

Just taking a few breaths here,

Once you let your body ground down into the earth,

And then just beginning to notice your breath.

You don't need to change your breath,

Just notice the depth of your breath.

Becoming aware of your body as you draw your senses to your inner world.

Closing down your eyes if it feels safe,

And taking a break from the world of looking and seeing,

And we're opening up our internal vision.

I want you to tune into your body and begin to become aware of your feelings,

Your sensations,

Your thoughts.

Maybe you notice how the physical body is feeling,

And checking in with your heart,

Asking your heart how it is feeling in this moment.

Just breathing and being present with whatever arises,

Whatever wisdom your heart wants to share with you.

Noticing the touch of the air temperature against your skin,

Your clothes against your body,

Feeling that smooth flow of your breath.

Just tuning into the subtleties now,

Welcoming whatever arises or whatever is most prominent that you're feeling,

That you're sensing,

And begin to let it move you,

To move through you.

So keeping your awareness on the sensation or the feeling,

And just moving as it,

Welcoming it into your body,

And asking yourself,

Can I welcome this?

Noticing your body's response,

Noticing if it feels safe to welcome this in your body.

Just keeping on moving,

Just either gently or however your body wants to move.

Honoring your body,

Not holding her back.

And as you move,

Taking deeper breaths.

And if your body wants to make any sounds,

Let it out if it's possible for you.

Any big sighs from the depths of your being.

Keeping your awareness on the feeling,

As you move and breathe and sound,

Being until you feel the sensation shift,

Or until you feel a bit lighter.

Just taking your time here,

Listening to your body,

Letting her move.

Staying here for as long as you need in the practice.

And coming into some stillness in your heart space.

Thanking your incredible body,

Your infinite heart and soul intelligence for guiding you today.
