Welcome to Eyes Closed.

I don't know how you're feeling,

But I'm feeling quite frazzled.

Every day,

Every week,

Every month,

We've been undergoing so much changes.

If you're going through healing yourself and your heart,

If you're going to be conscious of the world as energy,

You're taking on a lot of data,

A lot of information.

And maybe you do have a very quite filled cup.

So many events,

So many things,

So many social media,

Informations from the world around that we didn't used to know.

We're now exposed to so many things and we are seeing so many things.

Today,

I want us to close our eyes and breathe in and out.

In and out.

In and out.

There.

Feels better.

We live in a world that is changing.

I'm not talking about the fifth dimension or ascension,

But in the Matrix world even,

We are undergoing a lot of changes.

With the climate,

With artificial intelligence,

With celebrities and social media,

Astrology,

So many things are happening.

And right now,

I just want us to cheer.

I just want to create a space where this rests.

You don't have to take in any more information.

Concentrate on your breathing.

In and out.

I want to recenter into our hearts.

Our chakra within our shoulders,

Between our lungs.

Our hearts,

Higher hearts,

Our thymus chakra.

This place just between the lungs where the rib cage starts.

Let's breathe in and focus on it.

Let's connect and see what it has to share with us.

What are ways that we can implement today to remind ourselves to concentrate on us,

To slow down and to listen to us and not the ever moving world around us?

Is it making a plan?

Is it gathering ideas?

Is it doing a tarot spread?

Is it breathing in and out?

Is it lying down on the ground,

Hands on your belly?

Reminding yourself that you are a physical body,

Not only your mind.

And then with your other hand,

Put it on your heart to remind yourself that you are a feeling body and you can connect to the emotions that you have.

Is it opening a notebook and writing as much as you can?

Three pages,

Five pages every day,

Even if there is nothing to share.

We push further and we write,

We open ourselves.

We give us the attention that we deserve and that we dearly give to others without considering that we might need it too.

Breathe in and out.

Do you need to consider compassion?

To consider that you are doing your best and of course you have plans.

Of course you have lists,

Notes of all the things that you need to do.

And your knee is jerking and you tap on your feet with nervousness.

Breathe in and out.

You are doing your best.

You are doing your best.

How can we forget the notes?

How can we forget the lists?

When do we switch off from the work,

From being productive?

Breathe in and out.

You are okay.

You are not alone.

This happens to me.

It happens to you.

It happens to all of us.

Let's now have this space to just be.

I am not giving you a question.

I am not giving you a writing prompt or shadow work.

We are not connecting to the future.

We will deal with the future when we are in the future.

But now for this episode,

For this moment that you connect to and will reconnect to,

You are here.

Present.

Breathing.

Breathing so much with so much consciousness.

In,

Out.

Can we look at what you just accomplished today,

This past week?

Can you see yourself with compassion?

Look at all of your achievements.

Look at all the lists and all the notes that you ticked off,

That you put in the bin.

All the deleted notes,

All the reminders,

The alarms,

The rituals,

The glances,

The meditation,

The TV shows,

The conversations,

The meet up with friends,

The empathy for your family,

Your self-healing.

Watch.

Watch all of that you've already done.

You're doing your best and you're doing good.

You're really doing good.

Feel it in your heart.

Press your hands into your hearts and remind yourself to be grateful and appreciative,

To be your best cheerleader.

You can hug yourself.

You can make yourself a cup of tea.

Gift yourself your favorite dessert.

Or just sleep.

Or just watch the TV shows.

Or just buy that notebook.

You deserve so much.

And sometimes we wait for others to show us.

This is your reminder.

This is your meeting yourself.

Getting acquainted with that feeling that we're not so used to.

Self- compassion.

Self- appreciation.

Cheerleading.

I do many things to help myself survive what goes on.

Of course I gift myself Reiki.

Or I gift myself sessions with other spiritual workers.

I buy nice notebooks.

But what I do is that I speak to myself.

I remind myself with post-its and letters and futureme.

Org emails.

I remind myself that I deserve all of those things.

That I am here for a purpose.

I am doing good.

That I have value.

All of the research,

All of the astrology,

The jinkies,

All of those things.

I wrote them as poems to myself.

I researched and I wrote and I composed and I can read it again and again.

I remind myself that I exist.

Even though I'm so afraid of existing.

I'm so afraid of taking up space.

Of being a weight on the shoulders of someone.

I exist and my intention is just to exist.

To live,

To smile,

To eat amazing food,

To have amazing dreams,

To smile once more.

And if people think I'm a weight on their shoulder,

That's their conception.

It's never my intention.

And if people say mean things to me or they ignore me,

It's not up to me.

It's up to them.

They might have something going on at that time.

I've been if some people don't want to fight the fight,

I don't care to protect you.

It's a reminder that you only can protect yourself.

And it doesn't make you unloved.

Because you love yourself first.

Treat yourself.

Trust yourself.

Prepare yourself.

Remind yourself of your values,

Of your desires,

Of your ambitions.

And go towards them.

Create the steps.

Don't wait to manifest.

Don't wait for something else to be happening.

Walk that step.

Climb up and up and up.

You can do this.

It might take time.

It might seem a very big task.

Separate it into smaller tasks and start now.

Yeah,

You can do it.

I trust you and I encourage you.

We are changing the world because we are changing ourselves.

Because we are becoming who we are instead of staying stuck in what they made us to be.

We are changing the world.

We are creating revolutions.

We are expressing our depth.

This didn't happen before.

This did not happen a few years ago.

We were lost in,

Desiring to be interesting,

To be seen.

We shared personas that were famous on Tumblr.

We created alter egos.

But it's time to come back to you.

It's time to be proud of you.

It's time to touch your essence and feel it and sense it in your flesh,

In your organs,

In your chakras,

In your field,

In your hands.

Feel your essence.

Listen to who you are.

Connect.

See you as much as I see you.

Be there for yourself.

Be there.

Just be in the present moment.

Ask yourself the questions.

Give yourself the attention.

Am I happy?

Am I anxious?

Do I want this?

What do I want?

And climb one step at a time towards that moment where you can be touched by the sun,

Where the rays of the warm sun can touch your eyelids and warm you up,

Where the wind can play with your hair and caress your skin.

You deserve it.

And no one can take you there except you.

So walk those steps.

Find yourself home.

Home within.

Trust yourself.

Because I trust you and I trust myself even though I've made mistakes.

I trust myself to get to the root of my healing,

To heal further,

To play further,

To enjoy this life,

To experience all the things that I want to experience,

To resolve all the things that I need to resolve.

To share with you all the things that I want to share with you.

To open myself more and more.

To open and open and open until I am source.

I am connected with source in all of my shades,

All of my variations.

Do the same for yourself.

Create safety,

Create trust within and experience and play.
