A story that has held you small.
Picture it as a cord attached to your body.
Wherever you feel this most.
Maybe it's around your throat,
Your heart,
Or your solar plexus.
Just tune in.
With compassion and clarity,
Say inwardly.
I honor what this has taught me.
And I now release it.
I choose freedom.
I choose expansion.
Now see yourself holding a beautiful silver blade of light.
Pure lunar energy.
With care,
You lift it and gently cut the cord.
You watch it dissolve into the mist.
Allow your breath to help you release.
Inhaling peace.
Exhale to release.
Repeat inwardly.
I am free.
I am whole.
I am light.
Now imagine yourself standing on a high mountain under the full moon.
From this height,
You can see the full moon.
You see possibility.
