With this Taurus full moon,
We're invited to let go of stress and settle into self-care and gratitude for the simple things in life.
Please find an upright position with your feet flat on the floor or the ground.
Take a deep breath in and release.
Breathe in deeply and out fully.
Let's take one more deep breath in and out.
Start to settle back into that softer,
Gentler breath.
Falling back into your place of peace,
Contentment,
And awareness.
Realize your physical connection to the earth and the strong foundation of your body.
Feel a deep sense of security in this physical space.
As you continue to breathe softly in and out,
Take in the energy of the planet through your base,
Up throughout your body.
Allow this energy to nurture you,
To fill you up and recharge you,
Creating a solid foundation and fortitude,
Security.
As the sense of security grows within you,
Feel the stress start to disappear.
The more grounded we get,
The less intense our environment will feel,
Giving us the space to flow through it all with grace and ease.
Take a moment now to feel gratitude for this simple but powerful tool.
Feel gratitude for the simple pleasures in your world and allow that gratitude to grow and expand with passion and emotions.
With this practice of deep self-care,
You're able to release your blocks,
Give thanks for your blessings,
