Welcome,
Beautiful soul,
To this Taurus Full Moon Reiki activation rooted in worth.
Releasing attachment,
Restoring safety,
And receiving what nourishes you.
This activation is infused with Reiki healing energy,
So if you are open to receive,
Simply accept in your mind's eye.
Today we gather beneath the illuminating energy of the Taurus full moon.
A full moon that brings us back into the body.
Back to the earth,
Back to our values,
And back to what truly nourishes us.
And because the sun is moving through Scorpio.
We are also standing within the energy of transformation.
Scorpio asks,
What are you ready to release?
Taurus asks,
What is worth keeping?
And perhaps that's one of the most important distinctions we can make.
Because transformation doesn't mean destroying everything we've created.
Growth doesn't require rejecting everything we've been.
And release doesn't mean letting go of everything.
Sometimes transformation is simply learning the difference between what roots us.
And what weighs us down.
So I invite you to take a long,
Slow breath.
And release.
Again,
Breathe deeply into your body.
And exhale.
Place both hands over your heart.
And silently say.
I am ready to know what truly nourishes me.
Now bring your awareness to your feet.
Notice their weight.
Notice where your body meets the surface beneath you.
Taurus is deeply connected to the physical.
And so today.
Rather than trying to think our way through everything.
We're going to listen to our body.
So I invite you to imagine roots beginning to grow from the soles of your feet.
Down through the floor.
Into the soil.
Through layers of earth.
Until you feel deeply anchored.
Take a deep breath.
And ask your body.
Do you feel safe enough to soften?
Notice.
Not forcing anything.
Simply invite it.
As your jaw releases.
And your shoulders relax.
Your hands soften.
Your belly softens.
Take another breath.
And whisper.
I am here.
I am supported.
I do not have to carry everything right now.
I now invite the loving,
Intelligent energy of Reiki into this space.
May this Reiki flow wherever it is needed most.
Through the physical body.
The emotional body.
The mental body.
And the energetic body.
Imagine beautiful white gold reiki light entering through your crown.
Moving through your head.
Your throat.
Your heart.
And your solar plexus.
Through your sacral chakra.
Your root chakra.
Down your legs and your feet.
And deep into the earth.
With nothing to accomplish.
With nothing to force.
Simply receive.
Now imagine yourself walking through a beautiful moonlit garden.
The earth beneath you is dark and rich.
The full moon illuminates the path.
You notice flowers,
Herbs,
Trees,
And plants.
Summer flourishing.
Some are beginning to wilt.
And some have completed their season.
Some have grown so large they're taking nutrients from everything around them.
And you understand immediately.
This garden represents your life.
Walk slowly.
Each plant represents something you've been giving energy to.
Relationships.
Responsibilities.
Habits.
Beliefs.
Goals,
Commitments.
Expectations,
Roles.
Walk through your garden.
And notice what looks vibrant.
What feels alive.
What makes you want to move closer?
Now notice what feels depleted.
What have you been continually watering?
That no longer grows.
Ask yourself.
Where am I investing energy simply because I always have?
Listen.
Now.
What am I continuing to nourish that is no longer nourishing me?
Allow the answer.
You notice one plant calling your attention.
It represents something you're struggling to release.
Maybe a relationship,
A role.
Habit.
And identity.
And expectation.
A dream that has changed.
A belief.
An old version of yourself.
Kneel beside it.
Instead of pulling it out.
Look beneath the soil.
See its roots.
And ask.
Why am I afraid to let this go?
Perhaps the answer is because it's familiar.
Because I don't know who I'll be without it.
Because someone may be disappointed.
Because I worked so hard for it.
Because I don't know what comes next?
Because letting go feels like failure.
Because at one time this made me feel safe.
Whatever comes,
Honor it.
Place your hands over your heart and say,
Of course I held on.
At some point,
This gave me something I needed.
Take a breath.
And then ask.
Do I still need it now?
Listen.
Bring your awareness to your root chakra.
Imagine deep red reiki light gathering at the base of your spine.
Sometimes we hold on to things not because they're good for us.
But because they're familiar.
And the nervous system can sometimes interpret familiar as safe.
So today,
We don't simply rip something away.
We create safety first.
Feel the Earth beneath you.
And say.
I am safe even when something changes.
I am safe when I choose differently.
I am safe when I release the familiar.
My security lives within me.
The Earth supports me through change.
Imagine Reiki strengthening your roots.
Your safety doesn't have to come from holding onto everything.
Your safety can come from knowing.
I trust myself to meet what comes next.
Move your awareness to your heart.
Imagine soft,
Green,
Reiki light filling your chest.
Now ask.
Where have I been trying to earn my worth?
Through achievement,
Caregiving,
Being needed.
Being agreeable.
Working harder.
Looking a certain way.
Having everything together.
Being the strong one.
Simply notice.
And now imagine all those conditions falling away.
Who are you underneath them?
Still worthy.
Still loveable.
And still enough.
Say,
My worth does not increase when I accomplish more.
My worth does not decrease when I rest.
I do not have to exhaust myself to deserve love.
I do not have to prove that I deserve nourishment.
I am worthy because I exist.
Let the Reiki move deeply through your heart.
Now notice a beautiful stone bench in the garden.
Sit.
Turn your palms upward.
And for a few moments,
Do absolutely nothing.
Don't give.
Don't fix.
Don't plan.
Don't appreciate anyone else's needs.
Simply receive.
Imagine moonlight pouring into your palms.
Reiki flowing into your body.
The Earth supporting you from below.
You are receiving from above and below.
Now ask.
Why is receiving something harder than giving?
Notice what arises.
Maybe receiving feels vulnerable.
Maybe you fear owing someone.
Maybe you've learned that strong people don't need help.
Maybe being needed has become part of your identity.
Whatever comes,
No judgment.
Now repeat.
Receiving does not make me weak.
Receiving does not make me lazy.
Being supported does not make me dependent.
I am allowed to receive.
You stand again and return to the plant that represents what you are ready to release.
This time.
Notice that several leaves have already fallen from it.
Nature has begun the process for you.
Place your hands around the plant.
And say.
Thank you for the role you played in my life.
Thank you for what you taught me.
Now ask.
What wisdom do I keep?
Receive it.
Perhaps its strength.
Discernment.
Compassion.
Boundaries,
Courage,
Self-respect.
Wisdom.
Take that wisdom into your heart.
And then ask.
What weight can I release?
And feel it.
The fear,
Resentment,
Regret.
Obligation,
Guilt,
Expectation,
Identity.
Slowly imagine loosening the soil.
The plant comes free.
No struggle.
No violence.
Its season is simply complete.
Place it onto the earth and say.
I keep the wisdom.
I release the weight.
Watch the Earth receive it.
Imagine it slowly transforming into nourishment.
Nothing wasted.
Everything transformed.
Now look around your garden again.
Something catches your attention.
A small plant.
Perhaps you barely noticed it before.
This represents something in your life that wants more of your energy.
So walk towards it.
And ask.
What deserves more of me now?
Is it your body?
Your health?
Relationships,
Creativity,
Spirituality,
Joy,
Rest,
Business,
Family,
Friendships.
Adventure.
Peace.
Yourself.
Whatever appears,
Kneel beside it.
Place both hands over the soil and allow Reiki to flow.
And say,
I consciously choose where my energy goes.
Again,
I consciously choose where my energy goes.
Watch the plant brighten.
Now look across the garden.
A woman is walking towards you.
It is you.
But something is different.
She's grounded,
Unhurried,
And present.
She doesn't prove herself.
She doesn't carry everything.
She doesn't say yes to everything.
She knows what deserves her energy.
She knows what doesn't.
She rests without apologizing.
She receives without immediately trying to repay.
She trusts her body.
She trusts her values.
She trusts herself.
Walk toward her.
And ask.
What did you stop carrying?
And listen.
Now ask,
What did you stop trying to prove?
Listen.
And now ask.
What did you begin giving more energy to?
Listen.
And finally,
What do you know about your worth that I am still learning?
Receive her answer.
Now she places her hand over your heart.
Reiki begins flowing between you.
And slowly she merges with you.
You aren't trying to become her.
She is reminding you of who you already are.
Bring awareness to your entire body.
Imagine full moonlight flowing through you.
Wherever you are holding something that is ready to leave,
Let it soften.
From your mind,
Release old stories.
From your throat,
Release unspoken weight.
From your shoulders,
Release responsibility that isn't yours.
From your heart,
Release old hurts.
From your solar plexus.
Release the need to prove.
From your sacral.
Release stagnant emotion.
And from your root.
Release fear of change.
Allow everything to move downward.
Through your legs.
Out through your feet into the earth.
The Earth knows what to do with it.
All you need to do is breathe.
Repeat slowly,
I am rooted in my worth.
I am grounded in who I am.
I will listen to the wisdom of my body.
I trust what feels nourishing.
I release what continually depletes me.
I release the need to earn my worth.
I release what I have outgrown.
I am safe through change.
I am safe to release the familiar.
I trust myself to meet what comes next.
I allow myself to receive.
I allow myself to rest.
I allow myself to be supported.
I consciously choose where my energy goes.
I invest my energy in what matters.
I keep the wisdom and release the weight.
I choose what nourishes the person I am becoming.
And finally,
I release what no longer nourishes me and root more deeply into what does.
And now,
Release the words.
Release the questions.
Release the work.
There's nothing else you need to do.
For the next few minutes,
Let yourself experience nourishment.
Receive the Reiki.
Receive the support of the earth.
Receive the light of the moon.
And receive this moment.
Slowly return your awareness to the moonlit garden.
In front of you are two stones.
Pick up the first.
It asks,
What am I leaving here tonight?
Allow one word to come.
Place the stone onto the earth.
Now pick up the second.
It asks,
What am I taking forward?
Allow another word to come.
Hold this stone over your heart.
This is what deserves your energy.
This is what you're choosing to nourish.
Take a deep breath.
And say.
I know what matters.
I trust myself to choose it.
I am rooted in my worth.
Begin bringing awareness back into your physical body.
Feel your feet,
Your legs.
Your hands.
Your breath.
Take one long,
Beautiful breath in.
And release.
And before you open your eyes,
Remember the autumn tree.
It doesn't release its roots.
It releases its leaves.
And perhaps that's the wisdom this full moon has been trying to show you.
You don't have to let go of everything in order to transform.
You simply have to become willing to recognize.
What roots you?
And what weighs you down.
When you're ready,
Gently open your eyes.
Welcome back,
Beautiful soul.
Carry this question with you for this full moon.
Does this nourish the life I am creating?
Or am I simply afraid to let it go?
Trust your answer.
Trust your body.
Trust your values.
And trust yourself.
Keep what nourishes,
Release what depletes,
And root into what matters.
And above all.
Remember that you are worthy before you do anything else.
Happy full moon,
Beautiful soul.
Namaste.
